This place is a hidden gem! You know it's authentic given that they take cash only and barely speak English. Prices are so good they're practically giving food away! Nondescript little bakery that is easy to pass right over, but well worth the visit!

I really liked this little bakery spot. The lady working the counter was extremely nice and easygoing. I bought 4 pastries and 2 drinks, totally price 15$. The pastries were awesome, I loved them. I would return.

Terrible service we went there to get some bakery items and i asked if they have Boba tea she said yes they can make it. I asked her that i want with hot milk she said yes she can do it she charged me full amount in cash but then she was using half and half in plastic cup. awful service if they are not equipped should not say yes to the customer

The bakery is not only affordable, but also very tasty. If you want traditional Hong Kong style bakery, this is the place you should go. A must-go place every time we visit Chicago, and we stock up a lot of buns, Swiss rolls, rice dumplings.... :) Highly recommended.

Came across this place over 20 years ago and still have to come to it every time we venture to Chicago. The moon pies NEVER disappoint. Very tiny front counter space and cash only sp make sure you take enough money with you to try a variety of the tremendous baked wonders. This place isn't about the looks and all about the flavor! Will always recommend!

I really like their cream horn. It’s a bit sweet, tad savory, and creamy. It hits the spot!!

Delicious baked goods! Fortune cookies are spot on. I also tried their red bean Mochi and so delicious. Really cheap. Not a sit down cafe. No frills atmosphere but if you want delicious baked goods to go at good prices this place is great.

Whenever I walk in this place in the morning,
The employee always take the order first by whoever they know first besides by whoever there first. POOR SERVICE.

This was an interesting experience. I went on a day where they had shipment or something and I could hardly see the bread because of all the boxes. I stuck to just asking for tarts and they were delicious. That’s all I can really ask for. They’re also reasonably priced.

The lady at the front has an attitude and u feel it when u first walk in. The food deserts are not good and they are dried out! However, I am optimistic and maybe next time the food can improve over time and customer service.

This bakery has a great selection of Chinese deserts that you'll find commonly in Chinatown.
