Thanksgiving dinner was so delicious, and we shared some other dishes. The simple lemon cake and a little bit of vanilla ice cream were so good that I didn’t really care for desserts. Our family had a wonderful experience with delicious food!
I made a reservation at this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, only to receive a call beforehand stating the kitchen would be closing before my scheduled time. I even left my courtside seats at the Sky game early to honor the reservation, only to be met with extreme disrespect upon arrival. I was told that someone had called to change my reservation—which neither I nor my fiancée ever did. For what is probably hundreds of peoples first time coming to The Penthouse, it was very poorly handled last night.
I paid for 3 hour valet parking and stood in line to get in for the birthday party for almost 2 hours.
I get that paid members can be pushed through the line, but by the door it was chaos. The bouncer would say to the members, you can only bring 3 people in, and every single person said well I have 6 people, 8 people, a couple people would say my...read full review
