Popped in to get a quick bite before catching the L. Was in and out fast! Had my food while waiting for the train, and it was excellent! My only complaint is that I didn’t try any of the lemonades. I’ll have to return for that!

I went to this restaurant October 5, 2025 I ordered a large chicken nacho with everything on the side so I can prepare at home I asked the cashier was fine before I paid she said it was when I get my food is not me the way I want .I asked to speak to the manager. the manager was so rude she was I Hispanic lady.she worked at 7 PM on this Sunday evening I believe her name was Melissa that’s name on receipt.I asked for something like some chips on the side since they made it while and she tried to refund my whole order wow without even asking me and she told me it was my fault that they don’t make it that way and should not ordered did that way.I feel so disrespected because I’m spending my money at this establishment and I just got off of work so I was hungry and I didn’t wanna go anywhere else and this is what I want it but the rudeness of the customer service was terrible I worked in fast food restaurant I know how a person is supposed to be who comes in and spending their money I feel like fire house and needs to do better hiring people who has better customer service skills and treat customers with better respect.

I had ordered a Gyro through DoorDash at 2am and it was so good. It was right on time. Wrapped nicely. The fries still were warm. I had called the restaurant to let them know I wanted lemon pepper on my fries since the app didn’t have the option. And the lady at the front desk made sure that I got my lemon pepper. Everything was fresh.

Never thought there was a place in Chicago called the firehouse the firehouse I am used to going to looks like a firehouse in they sell awesome subs, buy guys check this place out quesadilla with chicken in steak damn near lost my mind. Normally I am not a big meat eater with all that meat, but this was amazing thanks guys see you very soon !
