I had ordered a Gyro through DoorDash at 2am and it was so good. It was right on time. Wrapped nicely. The fries still were warm. I had called the restaurant to let them know I wanted lemon pepper on my fries since the app didn’t have the option. And the lady at the front desk made sure that I got my lemon pepper. Everything was fresh.

Never thought there was a place in Chicago called the firehouse the firehouse I am used to going to looks like a firehouse in they sell awesome subs, buy guys check this place out quesadilla with chicken in steak damn near lost my mind. Normally I am not a big meat eater with all that meat, but this was amazing thanks guys see you very soon !

I am giving them a low rating this time. It's been a while since I've visited but the service just keeps getting worse and worse. I believe they've been taught to completely ignore and be rude to customers. Nothing about good customer service. I only came because it was the last place open in my area and I should have just eaten Ramen Noodles! I ordered the catfish nugget opting for an upgrade from fries to fried mushrooms...let me post the mushrooms and you can decide if I'm over exaggerating!! 😫

Grabbed lunch here sketchy area but the food was great. We had the grilled polish with everything and it was the best i would order that again and then ordered a steak n chicken philly with everything. It was fresh hot and good! Complaints are the area and time. It took forever to finally get the food there was no line and it still took 20 mins.
