Had a work lunch at Firewater and 2 of the three meals were great! BBQ Chicken Salad was delicious, I had the corn bread as a side and so yummy. My colleague had garlic bread as his side, and again tasty! Our 3rd colleague ordered Cake Batter Pancakes - they smelled delicious and looked great! As she was eating the pancakes the taste/scent of onions became apparent. Either when the pancakes were cooked or the plate they were served on had onion residue. Disappointing! We'll be back but wanted to call out the issue.

I absolutely loved my experience at Firewater Saloon in Edison Park! The vibe was amazing fun, welcoming, and full of energy. The food was fantastic, the service was top-notch, and the overall atmosphere made it a perfect spot to enjoy a night out. From start to finish, everything felt just right. Great food, great service, and an even better vibe — I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place makes alot of their money by being known for having live music. Too bad they don't pay the bands. There's a long list of bands that they owe money to. If you aren't going to pay, don't hire the entertainment. This place is a disgrace.
Good food and always has a good entertainment energy

Tuesday Night is trivia, can be a lot of fun. Food is ok, typical bar food offerings.
The staff is very nice but it seems like they are perpetually at least one server down, so things take a bit longer than a lot of bars in the area.

Firewater is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Doc is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing pulled pork sandwich. Must come back. 10/10.

This establishment does not pay their entertainers. Shame.
They don't pay ANY of their bands. Like at all. Don't support an establishment that takes advantage of hard working musicians. Either have live music and pay, or don't hire them at all. It's not hard. Myself and several other bands are still waiting on full payments.
Doesn't follow through of paying the bands that play there
The food is good - a bit under seasoned for my taste, but you get plenty of it. They do not have real butter, which is a must with pancakes for my crew. The servers are friendly, though they had large sections so the service was on the slow side. Very kid friendly, clean bathrooms, decent prices. Overall a good experience.
