This establishment does not pay their entertainers. Shame.

They don't pay ANY of their bands. Like at all. Don't support an establishment that takes advantage of hard working musicians. Either have live music and pay, or don't hire them at all. It's not hard. Myself and several other bands are still waiting on full payments.

The food is good - a bit under seasoned for my taste, but you get plenty of it. They do not have real butter, which is a must with pancakes for my crew. The servers are friendly, though they had large sections so the service was on the slow side. Very kid friendly, clean bathrooms, decent prices. Overall a good experience.

Love the Firewater.Excellent food service and atmosphere..The people who own it are the best.Try them out you won't regret it.

We went to firewater for their grinch brunch and it was amazing. I will absolutely do this every year now. The Grinch is hilarious and stays in character the whole time the food is delicious. There’s tons of options and you also have the option to just order off the menu. They serve bacon chicken tenders, eggs, macaroni, pancakes, French toast, cupcakes, cake, pops cookies, a different variety per table too. They have adorable drink menu for the season. Total worth it! My little guys still talk about it every day

It could be so much more….. it’s ok, let’s be real.
People are cool and the food is well, food.
Wanted to love it, been there at least 4 times for various occasions. Each time the music is WAAAAAAY out of tune , like really WTF out of tune. The distortion is ridiculous. Which in turn makes you not enjoy the environment, food, or company. So you try a different band, plate, seat….. but still the same thing…… so after a few visits it becomes apparent that it’s not you it’s just the place is mediocre.
Not trying to be rude, the place has a ton of potential even after all these years but not much effort is put in

Worst potato skins ever, worst jambalaya ever. You think you've seen it all and then some noob cook over cooks potato skins while under cooking jambalaya. How does THAT happen? Maybe they were armor plated potatoes and maybe they don't know that jambalaya isn't soup. At least the corn bread muffin was good.
