The food is good - a bit under seasoned for my taste, but you get plenty of it. They do not have real butter, which is a must with pancakes for my crew. The servers are friendly, though they had large sections so the service was on the slow side. Very kid friendly, clean bathrooms, decent prices. Overall a good experience.
We went to firewater for their grinch brunch and it was amazing. I will absolutely do this every year now. The Grinch is hilarious and stays in character the whole time the food is delicious. There’s tons of options and you also have the option to just order off the menu. They serve bacon chicken tenders, eggs, macaroni, pancakes, French toast, cupcakes, cake, pops cookies, a different variety per table too. They have adorable drink menu for the season. People are cool and the food is well, food.
Wanted to love it, been there at least 4 times for various occasions. Each time the music is WAAAAAAY out of tune , like really WTF out of tune. The distortion is ridiculous. Which in turn makes you not enjoy the environment, food, or company. So you try a different band, plate, seat….. but still the same thing…… so after a few visits it becomes apparent...
