Great place to get lunch! I like getting the duck confit sandwich, the goat cheese sandwich, and also the green lasagna. The staff are always really nice and helpful. Food usually comes out pretty fast - I often will call for pickup and it is ready within 10-15 minutes. Really great neighborhood spot!

You really can't go wrong with anything here. I love their sandwiches--particularly the Cuban and tuna salad--and the bread is so good. Pie-wise, their French silk, fruit, and pecan pies (pecan is usually available seasonally) are the standouts for me. No notes! I just love this place!

Went there on Pi day, and they moved the long line efficiently. The sour cherry and peanut butter/chocolate pies are my favorites.Parking: Small number of free street parking but there is a 15 minute loading zone right out front.

The pie here is wonderful! We went on Pi day, knowing it was gonna be very full. I had pre-ordered and prepaid a traditional apple pie. It was one of the best apple pies I've ever eaten! I love it! The only reason this isn't five stars is that, when I went, they wanted me to wait in the 20 minute line to pick up my pre-ordered and prepaid pie. This is just a simple management issue. It can be improved. But please do eat this pie!

A very friendly gentleman took our order, not sure if he's considered a barista, but he was super sweet. The blueberry cheesecake caught my eye and tasted nice, but I'll definitely be back for the peanut butter pie! It's a real winner in my book. If you love peanut butter, you'll adore it; it's very sweet. I'll have to try the cherry pie next time--everything looks so tempting! My friend ordered the duck mozzarella sandwich, which was tasty and fresh, but we added some hot sauce for a lil sumthin, sumthin. We were lucky to be able to Park across the street where it's free. When walking to the cafe it didn't seem like there was much seating, but we were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of space in the back room. The atmosphere in the back room felt cozy, like a hidden gem cafe, and surprisingly, it wasn't cold back there at all. The cafe front was almost cold but not. If that makes sense... lol Ps the mint green tea is also lovely!

This my favorite pie shop in Chicago! I am one of those lucky people to have a birthday on Pi day, and they always make fabulous pies for my birthday party. Love!

super delicious and quality food, and especially the pies! We came here on a friday and it wasn't too busy. The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful answering our questions! we ordered the key lime pie, coffee toffee pie, french silk, and a caprese sandwich. Everything came out very quick and was extremely fresh. The sandwich tasted so healthy and delicious while still being flavorful. The pies were SO GOOD. I love key lime pie and was craving it specifically and it was perfect. Tangy enough to feel it in your cheeks but it slowly goes down with the whipped cream. The coffee toffee pie was super rich and flavorful without being overpowering. I'll definitely be coming back here again very soon. It's worth the 30 min drive. One thing to note is that some of the pies are only special order and you can't get just one slice (like the coconut cream pie). Just thought it was worth mentioning because we didn't know!

First slice of key lime pie I ever LOVED, first slice of coffee mousse I can't get over and most of all, first time in a long time when I experienced so much kindness from a stranger that turned my hard day into a nice day. Thank you wonderful person for the sweet surprise. I will be back again and again.

Not too crowded. Amazing customer service. A nice quiet place to study. very good coffee and food. When we had questions, the workers were very helpful and kind. Love love love already. First time here. Would honestly be friends with the workers. Such a nice cool place. Love the understudy, but had to come over here to concentrate, and don't regret it one bit.

Can't believe I just discovered this place! Went on a Friday - pizza day! They do these personal pizzas for just $8. Had the goat cheese and pear - spectacular and margarita - deliciousness! They have a good variety of chocolate pies, fruit pies and quiche. Had the French silk which was amazing and red velvet valentines pie which was even better. Definitely will return , especially for pizza Fridays. We had great service and it's a cute place, great bistro vibe! Parking is a bit tricky but not impossible.
