I've tried many meal prep places in Chicago and this is the only one i like. The food is latin inspired so its not bland. Every one of their clients I have seen looks like a body builder which gives me confidence in their diet science.

I am so happy to have found this place! I have many dietary restrictions. No yeast, no nightshades, no caffeine, no sugar. The many refrigerators they have are always fully stocked with many meal selections. All ingredients are labeled on each meal. I can easily select a meal, tailored for me, without hesitation. The dessert options are great! I was so happy with their donuts. The smoothies, yum! All the meals i have selected are delish!! The staff is always friendly! Thank you so much!

They have space to eat there, and the smoothies are delicious. The perfect place to manage my weight loss with these delicious, nutritious, ready-to-heat meals.

This is the ideal meal service honestly. Grocery/cooking/planning is difficult for me slash I don’t wanna lol, so meal services that deliver prepped stuff isn’t for me. I’ve also tried frozen meal services but - it never tastes right?
Not only are meals portioned and nutritious and delicious (ferreal!), but it’s cooked fresh daily. Yummy and quick and the people are always welcoming and kind!

I have been using this meal service for a couple of years. I alternate them and Megafit Meals. It's so convenient. I mainly buy the bulk 16 oz individual protein. I took 1 star off since I normally get 14 to 13 oz versus the advertised 16 oz. My guess is that they weigh the food before it's cooked rather than after. Just as an fyi, Megafit Meals weighs it after it's cooked.

My husband and I ordered the meal prep package for the first time. We ordered a variety of dishes to see which ones are our favs and the first meal we had today was so good! Wish there was a bit more portion wise however macro wise, it’s great! Excited to start the year healthy and try more of the dishes. Will come back again soon!
