Always a great place to grab a snack. Prices may be high, but it's good quality food. Milkshakes are great and they have a Coca-Cola freestyle machine for the win!

Unfortunately the fries were soggy (sat too long in oil?) and the bun was soggy as well. Very disappointing compared and not representative of the overall five guys brand. Definitely a lagging location.

Overall, employees are friendly and welcoming. Food prep time is reasonable. Great quality burger. One complaint I have is that the owner frequently changes the menu prices, so I don’t ever know what I’m going to pay when I go in there. They also have a touchscreen soda dispenser that serves different flavors and has caffeine free Coke, which I like. Lastly, I think the food is a little pricey, but it is a Five Guys.

I placed an online order at Five Guys and was extremely disappointed. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with an extra patty and waited 30 minutes to pick it up. When I finally got my food, there was no bacon and no extra patty—basically not what I paid for.
I brought it to the attention of the person at the counter. He looked at my receipt and said, “I got you,” which I assumed meant they would fix it. But nothing happened. I sat there, ate the wrong order, and no one followed up or offered to remake it.
It was a frustrating experience, and the lack of accountability from the staff made it worse. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

Had to grab a water bottle to use the restroom, I was fine with that but what bothered me was I had to come out of the bathroom and ask again for the water bottle. Dude who handed me the water bottle made it greasy.

Staff greeted everybody that walked through door the gentleman that rang me out had great customer service the manager in the black shirt does a great job I love the way this location is ran food was good too.
