There is a black lady working this Friday 8:50pm and she said “what’s wrong with you” to me as I was trying to get ketchup and then she proceeded to throw my brown food bag in my face. She also told another customer to “back up” as he was looking at the food behind the glass. Incredibly disrespectful attitude to their customers. That black lady should be fired. Never coming back here again.

Let’s be real, $30 for burger,fries and milkshake is something I would pay if I was in the suburbs but while in Chicago there’s so much better option and value when it comes to burger. I had to come out and show some support and see if tasting the food would change my mindset and it didn’t. Awesome atmosphere inside with the workers though!

I went in to eat and, without even asking if I wanted to dine in or order, I was asked if I was picking up DoorDash. You can’t profile customers or even driver by just looking at them—it’s always better to ask what someone is there for. Not professional.

Great place to get a freshly cooked burger or hotdog and a shake not mention the fries which are the best in the country. The staff is the friendliest and also very efficient I highly recommend this place if you are ever near Lincoln park or in the Chicago area
