We ordered a burger, hot dog and fries. The fries were decent but the hot dog and burger were the driest and most tasteless thing I've ever had. It was so so generic and tasteless. It's nowhere what it used to be. Who can look forward to eating here anymore?

They are very stingy with the fries. They charge you the 11 dollars after tax for a large fry and only fill up the fry cup with a few in the bag. 5 guys is supposed to be the place where you go to get a whole bag of fries when you get the large. It's built into the price. This specific location repeatedly does this so it's the managers or owners that go against company policy, and not the individual workers. The staff is lovely. Each time I've tried to give this location a chance I leave dissapointed. If you don't believe me spend 11 dollars on a large fry yourself. They will leave you wanting.

This restaurant is very clean. They do have a lot of spots to sit. They offer peanuts in the shell while you wait for your food to be done. I ordered bacon and paid for it. But when I got home there was no bacon on my burger. That has never happened before. The fries and our burgers were delicious! At 5 Guys they only sell burgers and hotdogs. They do have tasty milkshakes. They also have Coke products. The staff is friendly and quick.
Five Guys is always delicious and the folks working here are so kind and helpful.

Growing up I used to look forward to treating myself at five guys in various states across the country. I realize everything is more expensive now, however when I pay 20.47 after tax for 1)bacon cheese burger 2)small fries 3) free cup of water
I expect it to be good. Was it terrible ? No , however I won't be back because quality of the meat has decreased while the price has increased. I rate my over all experience a 2 of 5 as it served the need for something quick but beyond that I won't be frequenting any where near as much as I did growing up . If at all

Aside from service always being slow due to mass of orders or just lack of efficient layout; I still can never understand why fries are dumped straight into the bag, at least put them in even wax paper so doesn't grease up the entire carryout bag.
