When I'm here, the service is alright. But I am TIRED of coming during scheduled hours to see the staff has closed early for no good reason. I come a bit after 9 to staff laughing and joking around with the door locked. I've worked in food service since I was 16, so I know it gets tiring, but if you don't plan on staying open, at least give a half-hearted wave to the person trying to come in. Thank you UPDATE: everything in the past year has changed, very friendly staff and quick wait times. I'm also pretty sure I wrote this while hangry. I work in food service and the people who work here are great!

This Five Guys is always great. Great management and team. The food is always hot and fresh. Peanut allergies please beware this place is not safe for you. The boxes of free peanuts are always a welcome treat.

Five Guys is my favorite burger in the world. Bar none. I've regularly dined at locations in California, Ohio and now Illinois - and my food has never been anything less that 5-Star; A+. The only reason this particular spot gets a 4 instead of a 5 is because the couple of times I've been there, the ketchup dispensers have been on empty and the soda machines were empty of ice. Staff was friendly, fun and definitely high on keeping the place clean. If they were just a little more diligent about keeping the ice and ketchup flowing, this is EASY a 5-Star dining experience. Because F**K In-N-Out. Five Guys rules the world.

There are better $10 cheeseburgers in the area, places you can order a beer with them. Go across the street to Clarke's for a full-service American diner at a comparable price (and a better Angus burger). Skip the gimicky stacks of potatoes at the door and support a local franchise.

What a wonderful staple burger joint. The fries are consistently awesome and hand cut at the restaurant. They have FREE peanuts, as much as you can eat, while dining in.

This is our family's last trip to Five Guys. The hamburger prices went up by two dollars as did the french fries. At these prices, I can go to a restaurant and get burgers, fries and a beer at just about the same price. One of the things I liked about Five Guys was that it was such a good value. At these prices, I can no longer say that it is a value.

It's not so much that I hated the place as that I hated the price. This place is equal to Steak and Shake. However at Steak and Shake, if you ask for grilled onions, they put them on the grill and then put them on your burger. If you ask for grilled onions at Five Guys, they come pre-prepared and so they never get that final caramelization on them. It cost me $16.83 to get a Coke burger and fries. If I had ordered that at Steak and Shake, I could have had a salad added with it with no Coke, and I would have paid a little more than $4. Drive down the street to the next McDonald's, and you can pay a dollar for the coke. The place is overpriced. It is unreasonable. I could go and buy Hamburger and eat all week for that amount.

Absolute worst Five Guys! I ordered 30 minutes ago and am still waiting for my food. I came in here and there was no one here. 3 others have gotten their orders before my little bacon burger and small fry. They even figured out they gave my order to the wrong people and made other's before mine. Not only that but this is the second time I've been here and the staff is incredibly rude and uninviting...Avoid...

Good burger chain. Don't let the names of the burger fool you. 'Little Hamburger' is actually quite sizable. You get to choose your toppings. I always feel stuffed when I order with a 'Little Fries'. Oh yeah, free peanuts while you wait

Always good hamburgers and fries; though the single burger patties are a bit small, admttedly one with a substitute lettuce bun usually does the trick, a bit more meat would be better.
