Staff was rude. I wanted to use the bathroom but there was a code so I asked one of the staff for a code and she stood there ignoring me for a while until she said “it’s on top of your receipt”. I threw my receipt out because why would I think there was a bathroom code on it. She could’ve been way more helpful instead of ignoring me. And no, she was not in the middle of doing anything/helping someone. Also, the top bun of the burger was cold.

Ordered a little cheese burger and the young man that made it put a piece of cheese on the burger on top of the topping the cheese was un melted when I asked about the unmelted cheese I was told the cheese would melt once the burger was wrapped that was a first most places put the cheese on the burger while it still on the grill

The customer service is very lacking for a place that charges $20 for a burger and fry. I ordered online and came to pick up it’s like every one ignored me standing there while my burger sitting on the cold counter. Then when I asked the hispanic male manager for ketchup for my ONLINE order he matter of factly says its behind me all while walking away without giving me my drink. I regret ordering from here today.
