Have to dock some points in service because I was getting 2 delivery orders and they had one done but the other wasn't and I had to leave for the train so I left with one meal while being billed for 2. The second meal they said they never got an order in the system for but with it being picked up I got billed for it so it must have been in someone's system ?‍♂️

Wheelchair accessibility: It's ground level. I don't remember seeing automatic...

I recently visited Five Guys and was impressed by the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the restaurant. It was well-maintained, which made for a pleasant dining environment. However, my experience with the service was a bit off. The cashier didn’t seem very enthusiastic or happy to be there, which took away from the welcoming vibe. I also ordered Cajun fries, but I was given regular fries instead. Despite that mix-up, the food was fresh, and everything else tasted great....
