Charged me 20% over menu price (before tax). Only a shake so not that big of a deal. Then they took 10 minutes pour it. Would understand if busy but staff to customer was 1:1. Just a poorly run store.

Hands down, one of the worst experiences of my life. I don’t expect special treatment, but the attitude I received here was out of line when I pointed out an issue with my order. Not to the mention there was a whole altercation outside in the parking lot, where I witnessed an employee throw her drink at someone’s car.
