Possibly THE best Detroit style pizza I have had in Chicago. The sauce is delicious, the crust is crispy, the base itself is perfectly soft, and the toppings are balanced and loaded. Really just flawless. We had this at Off Color Brewing tap room and was such a great experience to eat this with their amazing and creative beers. Excited to see Five Squared pop up at more places including Begyle and will be following them around the city.

Got some pizza at the pop up at Off Color. We got the tie dye, carnivore, and ricotta pepperoni. So fresh, so crispy, amazing flavors, amazing ranch dressing. 10/10 and my picky 2 year old devoured his slice!

I love that you have the option to try different pizzas when building a box, because all of them looked so good and it was hard to decide. They had some unique pairings like pistachio crème and sausage- which I wouldn’t have thought to pair but was my favorite bite. Also the ranch was crazy, 10/10!

We were happy to see Five Square Pizza’s pop up come to Off Color Brewery’s Mousetrap Taproom, a welcome addition to the BYOF brewery. We now have twice the reasons to visit. We find any excuse to travel down Thursday-Saturday just to get some beer and pizza. Car needs an oil change? Five Square Pizza. Want to see a movie? Five Square Pizza. Need to do some shopping? Five Square Pizza.
We frequent Off Color Brewery often because of its laid back atmosphere, friendly staff, and creative beer. Five Square Pizza is no different. Staff is friendly and they man the pizza ovens churning out creative hot slices of Detroit style pizza that pair with the beer perfectly.
You can pick 4 different square slices to make a larger 5th square 😉 and try out the different flavors. The slices are thick, super crispy around the edges but soft in the middle. And if you’re not hungry, you can get a box to go and heat it up in the oven when you get home.
Definitely recommend checking out Five Square Pizza at Off Color Brewery or any of their pop ups across town!

We had Five Squared Pizza cater our baby shower at Midwest Coast Brewery last weekend. They are currently doing a pop-up at the brewery on Saturdays, so the logistics were simple and easy. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and Jenn was kind enough to arrange them beautifully on our serving tables.
Everyone talked about how delicious the pizza was. The soft spongey bread with the caramelized crusty edges were the best pan-style pizzas that I've ever eaten. It even reheats really well in the oven or air fryer. Highly recommend them for your next catering event or just to try!

I got the box of 4 squares at off color brewing and the pizza was simply amazing. I have seen this pizza on instagram and followed/wanted to try forever and I finally got the chance. The folks working at the station were so friendly, personable and just genuine nice people. I would 10000% recommend this amazing, delicious pizza!!!!
