When ordering a steak burrito one expects steak. I didn't order a rice burrito but that's what I got, with a small smattering of some shredded beef, not steak, in the back end and a tiny dollop of sour cream. Sure you increase your profit by short changing the customer, but is that a winning business strategy? This was a disappointing and ultimately dissatisfying experience. It was my first order here. Will not be back. Just amazing to me how restaurants think that an order placed online means you're not there to request a fix in person. You need to think this through as a business model and ask yourselves, how does it help us to short sheet the customer? Not a good burrito folks.
I was really a great one dining with Flaco Tacos would demand again
Great food and amazing margaritas! The salsa is on the spicy side and the portions are great. I only wish they had queso dip. They have plenty of other kinds of dip though.

Great tacos. I don't eat anything else at a taco place and expect it to shine like the tacos... which are great. But the beans and rice have been more than good the times I've had it. Really great staff for counter service. And for people who complain about the tip jar, don't be weird. Just tip according to the service you get, which is just delivery to your table, and more if you feel generous.

The street corn burrito is good.
The salsas are bad. The green salsa is just sour and the red salsa tastes like tomato juice with Tabasco. The poblano peppers taste weird. The beef burrito had no flavor and had the burrito was lettuce.
The rice and beans were good though.

Overall great experience with the food and service, handheld menus might be slightly out of date but otherwise the food was delicious, the place was clean, and the margaritas were great!

Cute little spot in south loop. The food is good enough and it’s quick and easy!
They let me take my dog in without issues to pick up my to go order and that actually makes this more of a go to for me.

Unfortunately the food has diminished in quality and taste with time. The cowboy bowl had the toughest and chewiest beef I have ever eaten. You can tell it was poor quality and not well made. Extremely greasy. It left a film of oil in my mouth. The chips smelled like old sour oil. Also left a film of oil in my mouth. They did not even taste like corn. It did not used to be like this but my goodness! Do not bother eating here. Is not worth it. Sorry, I just cannot tolerate how poorly the food experience was. I ended up throwing it away. Sixteen dollars down the drain. Sorry but it is not just this location either. The one on Chicago Avenue is about the same. Lo siento compadres pero perdieron un cliente!
