My husband and I are regulars at this location, the food is always so fresh, authentic and delicious! The margaritas are truly the best we’ve ever had, and the staff is just wonderful! The manager, Ivan, is 100% about customer service, he’s so kind, such a great guy and is amazing at handling all aspects of running the restaurant! Prices are fabulous too! Big fans of Flaco’s Tacos!!

Great Mexican place in Printer’s Row! I got a few tacos and the standout by far was the Al pastor tacos! The mix of pork and pineapple was delicious and I would definitely get them again. The food came out fast and service was great. It does get a little cramped when it’s busy but we were able to grab a table on a Friday night.

Frustrated by the fact I often have items missing from my online orders (this is the third time across about a years time) and there’s no way to reach the staff by phone to get refunded for missing items.
I came in today on a lunch break as I live and work nearby. Staff didn’t have my order ready and seemed overwhelmed. I was fine waiting while she packed up my items, no big deal. But when I arrived home I was missing items. It’s not the first time. I assumed since she was checking and packing in front of me that it was all there but I will make a point to double check if I decide to order there in the future. I have no way to get refunded for my missing items which is very irritating.

Options are super limited and basic veggies. Not much protein in them, seems like it's made form scraps to appease the vegans. Fine, but boring and not much choice.

Everything was good at this place. The food was amazing, the service was extremely fast and Ivan (my order taker) knew so much about the place it made me feel like at home. The prices are pretty normal, I got a chicken bowl and a to-go margarita for $24. They have TO-GO margaritas, have never seen this before and it was so refreshing. I really would love to see more places do this, especially it being frozen. I will be back soon. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is because it's on the smaller side, there are multiple locations but the one downtown on Dearborn specifically isn't the biggest. Other then that it was amazing I will be back.

I was born in a blur of ice and reckless hope, spun into brilliance beneath the cold neon lights. Frost jeweled my plastic cup like a promise. The tacos were main billing but it was I who stole the room. One sip and delight raced ahead of the inevitable: that bright, shocking crown of pain behind the eyes. Gasps, laughter, surrender. They always came back. By the time I softened into artificially sweetened water, the plates were bare, the late afternoon golden, and their minds deliciously numb. A small tragedy, a perfect pleasure. I am a frozen margarita, and I endorse this message.

Hi, is the second time that I call and ordered via phone but my two ordered came wrong. The first time I asked for less rice and more less, it didn’t came the rice or the lettuce. And today I asked no pico de gallo and it came with pico de gallo. You guys have the best steak bowl, but I am kinda upset for those two times
