When ordering a steak burrito one expects steak. I didn't order a rice burrito but that's what I got, with a small smattering of some shredded beef, not steak, in the back end and a tiny dollop of sour cream. Sure you increase your profit by short changing the customer, but is that a winning business strategy? This was a disappointing and ultimately dissatisfying experience. It was my first order here.
