When ordering a steak burrito one expects steak. I didn't order a rice burrito but that's what I got, with a small smattering of some shredded beef, not steak, in the back end and a tiny dollop of sour cream. Sure you increase your profit by short changing the customer, but is that a winning business strategy? This was a disappointing and ultimately dissatisfying experience. It was my first order here. Will not be back. Just amazing to me how restaurants think that an order placed online means you're not there to request a fix in person. You need to think this through as a business model and ask yourselves, how does it help us to short sheet the customer? Not a good burrito folks.

I can still get a burrito for under $8.00 here. Literally better food and cheaper than Taco Bell across the street. And I really do like their food. Great local restaurant I’ll always support.

I came here specifically by an indication of a hotel concierge for a frozen margarita. First time excellent. The attendant male long hair exceptional. When I came back for the second time served by a male wirh glasses and courly hair he gave me not a very good service and also changed the portion of the margarita. When I explained the portion the time before he was nor frindky and the first server took care of it. I walked 1 mile to repeat this experience and I felt bad how this employee treated me. People need to be open for customer service and serve well.3 onces wont make any difference for the house and for the server but if the downgrade the portion to the client used to that yes! Please I am writing this to have management aware of it not discriminating the place but just to he heard. Thanks! Excellent quality of margarita!

I ordered a nacho. I was turned off by the fact that they don't have ground beef or actual nacho cheese. They offer steak nachos with shredded cheese. I didn't realize this until AFTER I bought it. The steak was dry, tough, and WAAAY too many chewy/grissle parts in the meat that you have to constantly remove from your mouth with almost EVERY bite. The price was $11.92 but somehow came to like $17. A TOTAL rip off. I didn't enjoy this crap not one bit. I basically wasted $17. This box of crap wasn't even worth $5. I would recommend Taco Bell before this crappy meat, no nacho cheese having place. ?️?️?️
Most of the specialty ingredients of my al pastor burrito were missing. Maybe because I ordered it to-go? Missing the pineapple, onion, guajilo pepper. No cheese flavor, I could make out. Their excuse for al pastor is a joke with none of that al Pastor sauce and was chewy and not hot. There were about 5-6 pieces the siE of your pinkie tip. Come here for a Tex-Mess of a burrito packed with lettuce, refried beans and sour cream in place of the cheese.

Eating our way through Chicago the last few days, we sought a lighter and healthier option. Flaco's Tacos was such a pleasant surprise. I had a fish taco, a vegan taco, and my son a bowl. Everything was delicious. My son said that it was hands down the best taco bowl he ever had. Highly recommend: a nice atmosphere and very reasonable prices.
