When ordering a steak burrito one expects steak. I didn't order a rice burrito but that's what I got, with a small smattering of some shredded beef, not steak, in the back end and a tiny dollop of sour cream. Sure you increase your profit by short changing the customer, but is that a winning business strategy? This was a disappointing and ultimately dissatisfying experience. It was my first order here. Ordered through Doordash. Tried the taco box, with additional chips and queso. Food arrived after roughly an hour (est. delivery time was 19 min). Food was cold and inedible. None of it was true to advertising photos. Street corn taco had so much sauce it ruined any flavor of the other ingredients. Paid for extra sour cream and cheese. Received half of what I paid for.
