A respite from the crowds. Plenty of open spaces on a Monday afternoon. Quiet. Good ventilation. Food options pretty standard.

This Flagship lounge is well above the regular Admirals Club, although the requirements to get into it are somewhat difficult to meet.

This Flagship is a lovely place to rest yourself when you have a lengthy layover as we did this trip ( 4 hrs )
Simple snacks and eats, comfortable chairs, plugs for phones, etc..
The Christmas 🎄 😍 trees in the video are just outside of the entrance to the room.
The personnel that check you in to assure that you can come in have ALL been so kind.
I have not observed anyone with an unwelcoming personality even when I have witnessed a traveler being very run and what I called over the top.
I have even heard a woman ( traveler) state,
" Do you know who I am."
The agent proved what I would suggest was proper answers and added what the traveler needed to enter the ( REST Area )
