Flagship Lounge is better than the Admiral Lounge. It looks like this lounge serves both AA passengers and British Airways passengers. The lounge provides regular dining tables & chairs , bar / counter areas, back sitting rooms ( which are supposed to be quieter areas but there are some Loud Adults and families as well). There’s 2 buffet self serving areas , self serve wine area, self serve liquor & cocktail making area, and dessert section. There’s also a limited...
On a busy travel day, the lounge is a welcome respite from the concourse. Sized to accommodate the crowds of a Airline hub there is usually a space to enjoy all that the club has to offer.
The lounge was definitely a disappointment. The lack of food choices was surprising. There were plenty of choices to drink. However, overall, compared to other airport lounges, it was lacking in most areas.
