I usually have a good experience with this location. The food is always hot and fresh and the customer service is great. I recently met the owner and he’s serious about excellent customer service. I appreciate his help and am glad this establishment is in my neighborhood.

Ordered through uber eats and the gyro was absolutely disgusting! The what was suppose to be cucumber sauce was runny and the gyro looked thrown together. Ugh never again.

I ordered buffalo fish (10/3/25 at 1:45pm) and was pleasantly shocked that they had it in stock. Most places don’t. Erica took my order and was professional. Inside was well organized and appeared clean. Clean enough. I asked for a jalapeño and didn’t get it. My Buffalo was dry and tasted like it was at the very end of being able sell. While I opted NOT to have lemon pepper season, the Cajun didn’t do anything for flavor. Cole Slaw was definitely spoiled. I was so hungry and excited to get a type of fish that I nearly choked to death (😫😃) on as a little girl. Most likely won’t be back to this location.

I ordered a three piece combo from off their website through google maps for $15.99. Once I arrive to pickup my food, I was told that I owe $21.50 roughly. I showed the cashier the price that’s online. She contacted her mgr. The mgr didn’t want to honor their online price because he choose not to take the necessary time to update the restaurant current prices. For this reason I gave the restaurant one star. However, the cashier get’s five stars for the way she handled the situation. Service is a must on all levels, especially mgmt! So I took my business elsewhere!

I ordered some gizzard fried soft..well they were harder than a rock!!! HARD AND CHEWY!!!! REFRIED IN OLD OIL!! NEVER AGAIN!! PLEASE STAY AWAY..They would not refund my money

This Sharks is under new management now. I went in yesterday for the same order, the total came to $68, I walked out

Food is standard sharks food but they deliberately try to cheat me out of what i ordered. I order a 3 combo they gave me 2 hoping i would get home and find out i checked my food b4 i pulled off and saw it wasnt there. Went back in they magically gave me the rest of my food immediately while looking suspicious and weird DONT GO HERE
