The gentleman behind the counter asked if I wanted him to make me the best tacos ever after I ordered two carnitas. I had just left a concert and I needed protein and calories so of course I said yes. And he did as promised! Everything tasted fresh and delicious, and whatever you order, you should definitely add the cotija cheese, it’s delicious. Thanks for great food and service.

We found Flash Taco by pure chance, and what an amazing surprise! The food here is incredibly authentic and full of flavor — just like in Mexico. Every bite tastes fresh and homemade. The atmosphere is casual and friendly, and you can really tell they care about what they serve. We’ll definitely be coming back!

If you’re looking for great flavorful tacos , burritos & elote go check out flash taco they never disappoint I love the steak tacos they are juicy , tender and filled with so much flavor . I love this place the customer service is a 10/10 and the food is great
