I walked into Flip N DS Bar feeling like I’d accidentally wandered into a full-on Bad Bunny concert. The place was packed with Puerto Ricans dancing, laughing, and living their absolute best lives—hands in the air, reggaetón blasting, energy so high I half-expected someone to start handing out piña coladas. Chicos, el ambiente era fuego puro—música a todo volumen, risas por todos lados, y la vibra simplemente increíble. I was standing there like, “Wow… am I in Chicago or San Juan?”
Then I took a sip of the banana daiquiri, and it was like the world paused. Smooth, creamy, life-affirming… suddenly I didn’t care about the chaos, the music, or the epic Puerto Rican dance circle forming in the middle of the bar. I was in my own bliss bubble, floating above it all while the vibrant energy raged gloriously around me.
Flip N DS Bar is loud, wild, and unapologetically alive—and the banana daiquiri makes it all worth it. Nena, si quieres una noche épica con amigas, con buena música y vibra boricua a tope, este es tu lugar. Girls’ night just found its ultimate headquarters, and I’m already planning my next escape into this delicious, chaotic, joyful paradise-in-a-glass.

Came here with my coworkers, and we were not disappointed! The banana daiquiri lived up to every bit of the hype—creamy, perfectly balanced, and honestly worth the hype everyone’s been raving about.
The vibe of the bar is amazing—tropical, fun, and just like a little paradise in the middle of Chicago. Big shoutout to the bartender too—she’s a cutie and made the experience even better!
I’m already planning to make Flip N DS Bar my go-to destination for after-work relaxing daiquiris. Can’t wait to come back and soak up the paradise vibe again!

I came to Flip N DS Bar specifically for their world-famous banana daiquiri that’s been going viral and featured on Chicago’s Best. I traveled a long way with that drink in mind, only to be told once I arrived that they couldn’t make it because the blender was broken.
I get that equipment breaks, but when a drink is basically your claim to fame and the main reason people are coming in, that’s a big letdown. There was no heads-up online or at the door, so the trip felt like a waste.
The vibe was fine, but if you’re promoting a signature item that heavily, it should be available—or at least communicated when it’s not. Hopefully they get it fixed soon, because I was really looking forward to trying what everyone’s been hyping up.

Great music all the bartenders are absolutely amazing I love them. The drinking weren't expensive. Pool, darts, bags, heated smoking are. One of my favorite places to visit in Chicago! Plus there open at 7 am!
