I was there a few weeks ago. I live here in Arlington, TX. I flew in for a funeral and this is Pastor's cousin. When I tell you this was and is the best Philly I have EVER had. Since I came back I told Pastor Sonjia I've been looking for a Philly place here. Nope can't find it. Can you guys overnight me one? This was my 1st time in Chicago. I want to go back so I can get me a Philly. Oh and let's not talk about the the line of lemon drinks. Such a great experience. We even sang while there in restaurant.

I didn’t want to drive way out to Cal City. Looked for a local hoagie shop for the Bears game. Came across Flippin Flavors from a Google search, then I went to my Chicagoland food review source for more information… TikTok. Saw some videos and I said aight let’s give them a call and see what’s up.
I called the restaurant and ended up talking to the owner. She was very nice and pleasant. She guaranteed me I would love the sandwiches and that I would come back for more…… let me tell you something about people making guarantees to my belly…. Damn..She was Flippin right!!!
Presentation alone was 5 stars.
The sandwiches were a SUPER hit. I wish I would have taken a photo, but at this point all I have is an empty pan.

Visit today, 1112/25. Food was excellent!! Ordered the Philly steak sandwiche. Meat was seasoned well taste bread the works was delicious!. My twin and this is our first visit with many more to come. I came this afternoon after seeing this place on tik tok. My son and I ordered a jerk salad and a chicken Philly. The food was sooo tasty. On top of that the owners were fantastic. They were kind, patient (I don’t know what I wanted), and also VERY personable. The only issue I have is that we didn’t get 2. We both ate everything before we got home. I will definitely come back soon

I was in the area waiting for a friend & became hungry.... I attempted to get food from other establishments that was on the block & was unable to do so... Headed back to my vehicle & was getting ready to leave when I saw a couple come out of Flippin Flavors... I had never heard of this place & I love trying new things... I walked in & the guy behind the counter read my shirt PRAYER WARRIOR aloud & the conversation went from there, he was very polite, his customer service was impeccable I was highly impressed at how he read my phone number to me, in order to text my receipt.... When the young lady brought me my food, I had a brief conversation with her on the freshness of the sandwich I ordered, it was by far the best Philly Cheese steak I've tasted in a long time... I was very pleased with the experience & I can't wait to stop by again to try more items from their menu 💞 10/10 highly recommend

The food is fresh and delicious!! I highly recommend all of the items on the menu. My favorite is the Steak Philly and Hot Jerk Salad. I do not even like banana pudding but their Banana Pudding Ice cream is a hit!!!
