I came this afternoon after seeing this place on tik tok. My son and I ordered a jerk salad and a chicken Philly. The food was sooo tasty. On top of that the owners were fantastic. They were kind, patient (I don’t know what I wanted), and also VERY personable. The only issue I have is that we didn’t get 2. We both ate everything before we got home. I will definitely come back soon

I was in the area waiting for a friend & became hungry.... I attempted to get food from other establishments that was on the block & was unable to do so... Headed back to my vehicle & was getting ready to leave when I saw a couple come out of Flippin Flavors... I had never heard of this place & I love trying new things... I walked in & the guy behind the counter read my shirt PRAYER WARRIOR aloud & the conversation went from there, he was very polite, his customer service was impeccable I was highly impressed at how he read my phone number to me, in order to text my receipt.... When the young lady brought me my food, I had a brief conversation with her on the freshness of the sandwich I ordered, it was by far the best Philly Cheese steak I've tasted in a long time... I was very pleased with the experience & I can't wait to stop by again to try more items from their menu 💞 10/10 highly recommend

The food is fresh and delicious!! I highly recommend all of the items on the menu. My favorite is the Steak Philly and Hot Jerk Salad. I do not even like banana pudding but their Banana Pudding Ice cream is a hit!!!

Me and my son was hungry no way to get food and the owner personally brung us food on her own dime and time …….. besides being beyond grateful the turkey hoagies and salad was amazing… great presentation and great food. I will forever be grateful and they have earned a life long customer.

First time for everything as most people say but definitely not my last. My husband has been talking about this place for the last few days and just by chance I was heading that way and decided to stop in yesterday. Upon entering the business the owners were grooving to some good music so I just knew the food would be ok. But to my surprise it was better than good it was GREAT! I must say there was nothing I could say but I'll definitely be back again. And the owner said hey you'll be back tommorrow. I didn't think much too it. And to my surprise here we go again ordering another sandwich and a cold jug of Lemonade.

This restaurant is a 10/10 both the philly steak & chicken are the star of the show. The meat is seasoned well and actually fills up the entire sandwich. The salads are fresh with top tier spring mix giving you a premium experience everytime and the hoagies are 🔥 too. Customer service is phenomenal as well owner brings out each order personally fresh from the kitchen with a huge smile on her face thanking you for you for patronizing her business.My only complaint is they are not open 7 days out of the week. Love this spot‼️

Visited 7/31/25 on a whim after picking up my wife from Midway. We stay in Morris and I tell you ... this spot will be Thee Spot after a trip to Midway. The flavors are on point, period. Fresh. Hot. Friendly. The owners were kind and welcoming. I had the Super Philly add peppers, bbq chips and rootbeer and it was phenomenal - bursting with all the right dang flavors. The sandwich was big enough for a left over. Thank you thank you thank you 💜💜💜

Hey if you want to know the best hoagie spot in Chicago period. Better then all the rest Flippin Flavors is where you want to go. Spicy turkey hoagie my personal fav and the chicken philly aint short stopping if you want something hot. Hot days like today I want a cold cut and I drive around the city all day working for AT&T. Don't matter where i am if I want a hoagie I come here. Not to mention it down street from the crib. The difference to me is the bread and the spices. Banging! All I can say. Im a regular now

I had the jerk chicken salad with true signature jerk ranch dressing (& they give you enough salad dressing without asking) and oh my goodness; one of the best salads I have ever tasted! The owners are very personable and let me try the chicken Philly cheesesteak; OH MY GOODNESS. The atmosphere is cozy, warm and filled with lots of love. I highly recommend trying their food! Amazing!
