I had the Huevos Rancheros. Eggs were prepared well and overall pretty good. Atmosphere was cool, a bit busy on a Saturday morning.

I'm a bit astounded at how high the reviews have been for the food here. To start, we got 3 salsas made by the restaurant (Verde, rojo, and a habanero). The verde salsa was very viscous and mostly vinegar. Habernero, which I really hoped would have a bit of spice, was near flavorless. The rojo, with the chipotle chiles, was the only one with any flavor, but not a huge standout compared to other Mexican restaurants. Overall, these felt like they were made by a try-it-yourself at-home salsa kit.
Next were the enchiladas. Thr tomatoes on the plate (with so much tomato juice), my guess, were dumped out from a can. Black beans on the plate, most likely from a can, too, with no seasoning. Finally, the enchiladas had a very basic enchilada sauce that very much reminds me of the ones I buy in a can from the grocery store. Overall, this is a meal I made in my college dorm. No uniqueness. No seasoning. Maybe there was no chef that night?

This has been a neighborhood favorite for years! Even after we moved we continue to come back. Amazing mimosa flights, bloody maries & authentic food.

We stopped in for a quick drink. Atmosphere was good, selection was good. The staff (and other patrons) were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

If I am being honest, the Carne Adovada was flavorful and it reminded me of Carne Adovada that you’d find in a fancy Santa Fe restaurant rather than your local New Mexican restaurant. The red chile was flavorful and had a decent kick to it. Although I would say I am a little confused by the use of corn tortillas rather flour tortillas for Carne Adovada. I kinda expect flour tortillas for Carne Adovada. I am most disappointed in the salsa since it didn’t really taste like something that would come from New Mexico. It tasted like straight tomato paste. But since I’m not in New Mexico - I can’t be too picky. But I was most impressed by the sopapillas!! It really did remind me of home and I am glad that they had honey to go with them. Service was great. Our waitress was nice and friendly and she answered all of our questions. I would say that I enjoyed my experience there.

We sadly didn't take pictures but this place is a must. We split the streak and eggs. The steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare. Also had a michalada that was the right amount of spice. We can't wait to come back to try more.

Highly HIGHLY recommend. Service was great, food was amazing, and the prices were very reasonable. The whole atmosphere was lovely with simple, but fun aesthetics and good ambiance.
We got the buttermilk pancakes and one of the best omelettes I've ever had.
Shout-out to Omar our server for his friendly attitude and prompt service.

They have a bowl that I get every time, that is an excellent vegan option.
Terrible experience– everything from the food, service and atmosphere. But I should have known better given the location and the type of food being served– Latin/Mexican style brunch food in the West Town (duh! No brainer there) but I was keeping an open mind. Food does not have any flavor, the eggs were bland, canned beans, the burrito I ordered was soaked in sour cream, the cheese was not melted correctly, and the pico de gallo was def not fresh. Everything seemed like reheated packaged food. The host at the front door was rude and the atmosphere was not a vibe. Luckily our waiter was nice. If you’re a foody with real taste buds please save yourself a trip.
