Flo has such an amazing brunch menu. There’s something for everyone. It’s very reasonably priced. The drinks are really good! The variety of homemade hot sauces really does it for me. I highly recommend the carrot one. Their black beans are fresh and not mushy.

easily my favorite spot in the area to grab an amazing breakfast. I never miss this spot when I come to Chicago. I love the bloody mary, the beer back, the food is on par. Unique and full of flavor. if there is a wait, worth it. OR be like me and get there when they open and take your time.

Asked for recommendations on the burger and server confirmed they were good. Requested a medium well burger and was given a really RARE burger. Super pink inside and not my preference. I knew something was iffy once the chef came within 5-8 minutes from ordering from the menu. Mimosa flights are pricey for the cup size they provide. Was expecting more the way this place is rated. Appreciate that they took the order off the tab but not my first choice for the area.

We sat at the bar for Sunday brunch. We were immediately acknowledged and given waters. I had the Huevos Verdes - ate it all up! It was good. We shared a mimosa flight, it was standard mimosas; we expected it to be served on a flight plate but it wasn’t. Would go back for the huevos verdes and a good catch up with a friend over brunch :)

Flo Tacos is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Leonard is cool. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing duck tacos. Must come back. 10/10.

I had the Huevos Rancheros. Eggs were prepared well and overall pretty good. Atmosphere was cool, a bit busy on a Saturday morning.

I'm a bit astounded at how high the reviews have been for the food here. To start, we got 3 salsas made by the restaurant (Verde, rojo, and a habanero). The verde salsa was very viscous and mostly vinegar. Habernero, which I really hoped would have a bit of spice, was near flavorless. The rojo, with the chipotle chiles, was the only one with any flavor, but not a huge standout compared to other Mexican restaurants. Overall, these felt like they were made by a try-it-yourself at-home salsa kit.

Next were the enchiladas. Thr tomatoes on the plate (with so much tomato juice), my guess, were dumped out from a can. Black beans on the plate, most likely from a can, too, with no seasoning. Finally, the enchiladas had a very basic enchilada sauce that very much reminds me of the ones I buy in a can from the grocery store. Overall, this is a meal I made in my college dorm. No uniqueness. No seasoning. Maybe there was no chef that night?

If I am being honest, the Carne Adovada was flavorful and it reminded me of Carne Adovada that you’d find in a fancy Santa Fe restaurant rather than your local New Mexican restaurant. The red chile was flavorful and had a decent kick to it. Although I would say I am a little confused by the use of corn tortillas rather flour tortillas for Carne Adovada. I kinda expect flour tortillas for Carne Adovada. I am most disappointed in the salsa since it didn’t really taste like something that would come from New Mexico. It tasted like straight tomato paste. But since I’m not in New Mexico - I can’t be too picky. But I was most impressed by the sopapillas!! It really did remind me of home and I am glad that they had honey to go with them. Service was great. Our waitress was nice and friendly and she answered all of our questions. I would say that I enjoyed my experience there.
