I found out about them doing grubhub one night and took a menu to go. I had been wanting to try them for a while and when I finally did it was highly underwhelming. It had no flavor, no Italian seasoning, it was barely any tomato sauce. The tomato sauce had no flavor. It tasted like I was eating cheese on thin crust dough and thats it. The dough had no flavor. Blaaaaahhhh it was so bland, some of the worst pizza I ever had. Will never try that again

I have recently visited Flo & Santos as part of a Chicago pizza tour, and it was my favorite stop! Their pizza with Polish sausage was absolutely fantastic: flavorful, smoky, and truly unique. The blend of Polish and Italian flavors really sets this place apart.
The restaurant has a warm, casual vibe with friendly staff and a great drinks selection: plenty of local beers, creative cocktails, and even some Polish options. It’s the kind of place that works equally well for a fun night out or a relaxed meal with friends.
I also love how the menu mixes tavern-style pizza with classic Polish favorites like pierogies and kielbasa — it’s an inspired combination that really works.
If I could make one suggestion, I’d love to see them offer kvass, a traditional Eastern European beverage that’s popular in Poland and would pair perfectly with their menu.
Overall, Flo & Santos delivers excellent food, great service, and a unique Chicago dining experience. I would definitely recommend them!

ordered online, received a phone call 7 min later to confirm order as it was ‘a bit much’ and ‘a lot of toppings’..
then again at pickup ‘be careful there’s so much’..
calamari was mid, just kinda uneven and gummy. Pizza was great despite whatever feat of culinary engineering was required to fit more than 3 ingredients on its surface and the multiple comments to its grandeurs. Cannoli was great, there should be a 3pk.
the pizza wasn’t bad but I’m not going to recommend the pizza place that made it a point to make me feel bad about my toppings.

Phil's hot heat. Whipped ricotta, pepperoni, hot honey. Honey was not very spicy, pepperoni was good, didnt see any ricotta unless it's under the other cheese. Was looking forward to contrast between heat and ricotta, got no heat and no ricotta instead. Crust was good and crunchy. 27 dollars.
