I am really sad to report that the former fantastic pizza I revered so much over the years, as great Chicago pizza on a thinner crust, is not as good as it used to be before COVID. I was looking forward to my travels back to Chicago. I had recommended them to many friends and colleagues over the years that Flo & Santos was great pizza especially offering Polish kielbasa sausage creating the best polish style pizza. The chef must not be the same? Barely any sausage on the pizza, other toppings were sparse and too much cheese dumped on top. Sausage quality wasn't the same either, seemed more overly processed. Such a let down and a real bummer.

Had the chicken parm sandwich with the salad and it was great ?. Onion rings and mozzarella sticks were delicious as well.

The worst- horrible food bad ambience- pitiful service and no customer service. Can't watch sports without craning your neck.

Flo & Santos is a great neighborhood bar. There is tons of space and tvs for game season. It'a definitely a great spot to watch the upcoming March Madness games. In the summer they open the patio and they allow pups on the patio. The pizza is thin crust and good. A nice variety of beer. And usually there is a beer special!

It's a good spot to stop at in the area. Solid food. Great staff. Good service. The atmosphere is that have a pub/bar. It's really long and has a lot of sewting. The pizza looked good, but we didn't try it. My turkey BLT was okay...the bacon was crumbly and thin so...some bites didn't see to bacon. There was a lot of turkey, which kind of overshadowed the taste of a BLT. Love the addition of the avocado. The waffle fries were good and crisp and hot. Not as good when they were cold but still crisp.

Great food and great drinks. Feels like the neighborhood bar you're always looking for. The Italian beef pizza is on point. The perogis and chili are top notch.

Stopped in for dinner and tried a few items on their menu. I loved the thin crust tavern style pizza. Ziggys bbq pizza: I did not like bbq sauce they had on this. It tasted like they made their own but it was overly sweet. Build your own: I really like this pizza, it was cheesy which was good. Meatball sandwich: probably my least favorite item that we ordered. The meatball was kind of dry but the waffle fries crispy. Overall, service was good and I would go back to get a build your own again!
