Cozy spot with amazing pastries and great coffee. Friendly staff and a relaxing vibe.
The owner is so kind and lovely.
Food is homest and good for the planet
Love this cafe -little neighbourhood gem
Extremely nice pastry, extremely expensive too.
I visited W. Lakeview last week and spotted Floriole by chance. Had a delicious croissant and latte, then purchased a frozen quart container of Moroccan lentil soup to take home. I've never had better: perfectly spiced, full of lentils, carrots, celery and maybe a touch of onion. Not sure of the spices but they're superb. The café was also well-lit and quiet, though nearly full of people, so I worked peacefully for two hours, and no one tried to hurry me along. Going forward, this will be a twice a month visit! 🧡
One of the best coffeeshops I have been at! Everything was so tasty and delicious! They have the best baguettes and sourdough breads! This is my new favorite spot!
Floriole Bakery is truly my favorite neighborhood spot — I’ve been coming here for years to buy their amazing bread and pastries. Their seeded sourdough is my absolute favorite — perfectly baked every time! The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and kind, which makes every visit such a pleasure.
Thank you, Floriole team, for filling our neighborhood with the smell of fresh bread and for your delicious baked goods!🙏💕
We came for the caneles and we weren’t disappointed! We sat outside for a bow to eat and coffee and finished with our canele.
A must-visit if you’re in Lincoln Park, their menu is constantly rotating depending on what’s in season. The onion marmalade & sweet potato danish is my favorite, the honey pecan sticky bun is a close second.
Unfortunately feels overhyped- the pastries were not filled at all and dry. The chocolate croissant has barely any filling and the berry danish was supposed to have cardamom filling which it didnt have. The lavender latte was very bitter. The place was very nice and had plenty of seating but still wouldnt recommend.
We love Floriole. Best honey pecan roll in the city

Breakfast sandwich 🚀
beautiful cafe- lots of seating too! i wish i could give 4.5 stars bc the only thing was that i was not a fan of the coffee (and i am definitely not a coffee snob but something was just off) :/ the pastries and bread are FIRE, and there are lots of options to choose from on that end. i think the prices of the bakery items are fair for the quality but this is not your cheap coffee joint, which is fine! definitely try the ricotta toast or any seasonal items‼️‼️
Fantastic pastries some of which are very beautiful. Great breakfast sandwich and broad bread selection. A small market area, as well. Highly recommended!
Great coffee, plenty of space to dine in. Perfect location for young families with two parks very close by. High chairs are available! Get the Parisian with mustard!
When someone asks me where I live, I give my coordinates in relationship to Floriole. Hands down our family's favorite bakery. Dare I say that the pastries at Floriole are better than ones that I had in France. And the best front of the house team!
