We had a very disappointing experience with the bouncer. He claimed the venue was at capacity despite there clearly being ample standing room. When we asked if we could wait to enter as people left, he refused. He was also holding a beer and appeared noticeably buzzed. Needless to say we will not be going there any time soon given the lack of professionalism and hospitality that was displayed.

Showed up for the bears game, they don’t allow standing patrons. They claim to be at capacity. 4 people leave the bar, but they still won’t allow one in one out. Bouncer has beer in hand drinking while telling us to get out. Won’t be back.

Came for a friend's birthday where they already had seats saved for us, we walked up to a busy but not packed bar. Bouncer barked at us that it was full. We get that sometimes occupancy limits are a thing but there's still a way to talk to people, we weren't the drunk people you've been arguing with all night and there was no reason to speak to us like we were. We all left and went somewhere else with the birthday group 🤷♀️

The BEST bartender is the blond bartender here at Floyd’s, she always makes my visit fun!! She makes the best drinks and combined with great conversation with her she makes my drinking experience worthwhile!! Love her

WORST BARTENDER IVE EVER SEEN. I was talking to my friend on the phone (we’re both bartenders in the industry by the way) while she stopped in here just for a quick snack and a beer while we caught up. The older bleach blonde bartender working 5/16 at 6:30 pm literally told my friend she was too LOUD? As she’s speaking to me on the phone. She claimed all SEVEN people in the bar at the time were complaining. Mind you, the music was LOUD. The bartender had a stank face the whole time.. not like you’d want to talk to HER anyway? The only 2 other people at the bar top were playing cards??? Go to a library if you don’t want to hear people talk in a bar DUH? That bartender made my friend super uncomfortable that she took the rest of her food and left. The most unwelcoming thing I’ve ever witnessed. The worst bartender I’ve ever heard. Don’t go here as long as she’s bartending!!! Or she’ll check your volume… in a BAR. She went for the pizza puff but we can find those anywhere else it’s not worth the garbage service.
EDIT: So apparently Facetime is not allowed in this bar. Clearly the older bartender is answering these reviews “talking on speaker PHONE is rude plain and simple” lol so no talking in a BAR. Interesting. Add horrible owner (if they’re even the ones replying) no accountability and possibly racism here to the list of reasons not to go

One of my fav places so go. I love the food... The blonde bartender is one of my favs. She's super, cool always friendly. The atmosphere is totally a local friendly bar. Would definitely be visiting again.
