This place was great! The environment is cozy and welcoming, the customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced. No one in my party had really done fondue before and the staff really made sure we had a great dinner. The food was delicious and filling. Really feel like this is a special gem on Chicago’s Northwest side.

Fantastic food, service and cocktails! A very supper club kind of feel. These folks want to make your dining experience special, and they succeeded. The whole experience is very enjoyable. It takes time to dine here, so adjust accordingly. Not for small children, though. Too many flames, hot oil and hot cheese or chocolate. Totally understandable. Would recommend highly and we’ll be back, as will my daughter and her boyfriend who are lucky enough to live nearby.

Food was meh. Sort of bland.The drinks were way overpriced and weak.The service was great despite there being over 14 tables to one waiter, one runner, and the hostess who may or may not have been the owner.I've been to other fondue restaurants, and this was just okay.
