SAIC made the vendor switch from Food For Thought to Hand Cut Foods and it was clearly a massive mistake. HCF food is disgusting, lacks variety, quality and overall taste. My sandwich was literally the end of a loaf of bread and a teaspoon full of chicken salad. Unacceptable! Hope we switch back.
I like the convenience of lunch
A large sugary cookie in the meal of my 3 year old every day!!!. Literally incredible! Trying to give a 3 year old daily sugar bomb devoid of nutrition and create cavities? Unacceptable. No options given not to have this in her meal at school! I emailed them —- no response. I paid for the month but a week later told school not to give her these meals. As a physician mom —- I am terrified by the lack of responsibility for children’s health this company exhibits.
The food is very often undercooked, and people at my school have gone home sick from it. I also find hair in my food.
It’s been a year, and the food is still horrible. I’m not a picky eater, but I just can’t eat any of this food without being disgusted. All my friends would rather just not eat lunch.
Excellent food and service. They are a great catering service
Nice work, nice food, excellent management keep going 👍🏻
Awful management. Poor food quality. They talk a big game
I ordered several items thru Uber Eats. One was missing. Uber answered my issue by a refund. I also ordered a PLUCK'D Garden salad with kale, cabbage, and brussel sprouts, but I got a 3 KINGS garden salad, a plain house salad. The cost was a wash. But my disappointment was not. The order form just stated garden salad. Whoever set this up did a poor job. Don't think I'll try this again.
I was skeptical when I saw some fancy-sounding places in Janesville, WI on EatStreet. Did a little research, found out it's through FoodHaul. I was skeptical that a commercial kitchen with free time on their hands to sell someone else's food through apps could produce quality food. Let me tell you, I was totally correct. My chicken wings from Pluck'd tasted like pork. The "crispy" fries were a soggy pile of thin potatoes, side sauces were missing, etc. Ended up throwing half my order out. If you're curious like I was, just... don't.

I really wanted to like this place cuz I felt bad for the low reviews and I like helping new businesses but I see why now I only ordered from here because of a special promotion through Uber eats of buy 12 wings get 12 free so they sent me a whole whopping 12 wings ?♂️ also they didn't include carrots and celery, absolute s*(! Show, hope they fold and fast!!Edit after owners generic responseWhat trásh, you don't lose anything and Uber pays for your blatant negligence? You know what you did.. againAVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
The variety of lunches Handcut offers my kids' school is 2nd to none. They typically have 21 options to choose from that caters to most diets and dietary restrictions. Also, their menu takes your kids around the world and back. Cuisines are from Indian, Korean, Middle Eastern, Mexican, Greek, Italian and back to a simple grilled cheese sandwich.
My school has this and it has hair in the food.
Horrible horrible I ordered a chicken sandwich , the chicken patty was sooo tough and chewy it could have knocked out my teeth… it had probably been sitting all day and the sand which was definitely not big enough it should came from the dollar menu
Their food is not the best and very suspicious. Save yourself please. I beg you.
