Would love to connect this location with my Nonprofit ! Thank you so much for the kind service and wonderful food.

I had high hopes given this was in west loop and looks great. Food was overcooked, could have made it better at home. It was not worth the price. The service was poor for several reasons. To name a few, we had two waitresses come to the table to introduce themselves, no plan for which waitress has what tables. They took our plates prior to being done with them. I would not come back or recommend.

I came in here on a Monday night as a hotel guest, we made a reservation for 8:45 about an hour and 15 minutes before close. We were running a little behind as there was a festival on the surrounding streets. At around 8:55 as I was walking from the car, I received a call from the hostess to inform us that their restaurant closes promptly at 10pm and we would need to arrive soon for our reservation I let her know we were walking in and thought we would have plenty of time as I just wanted a nice quick meal. We walk in the front door of the hotel not knowing of the separate door and wait at a desk by the bar we wait about 5 minutes as the bartender is cleaning at the empty bar and watching us, he finally asks “did you need something?” I let him know I had a reservation and he asked us to go to the other desk. we get seated and with about two other couples in the restaurant, our server comes over obviously annoyed and asks us for our drink order I ordered a drink from the bar my two friends were fine with water. When she brings my drink, we put in our food order and order an appetizer. As she brings out our appetizer it’s 9:15 and informs us their kitchen and bar has begun closing and we would need to put in any other orders soon (after the hostess informed us it would be 10pm). Another man runs our food to our table and she comes over, doesn’t ask how our food is, only lets me know that I don’t have any more time to order and if I wanted another drink I can order it now. I declined and she walked away. As we were finishing up our meal we see a couple groups come into their restaurant as they serve them drinks at the bar and take their orders. I work in the service industry and it was abundantly clear this staff didn’t care about anything but leaving early because it “seemed slow”. They opened everything back up when people came in making it even more obvious that they were not supposed to be closing these areas in the first place. My sever came to end the meal asking how everything was and I let her know that we did pretty good given our time frame, she assured me there was no rush at all and I just agreed with her. As if they weren’t actively closing around us and telling us every step of the way they were closing soon. Every person interacted with here (besides my food runner) had no customer service skills and I wouldn’t come here for a welcoming environment! I wish she Introduced herself or that I asked so I could include that aswell.

This is my third visit! They get better and better. Elevated dining and one of the nicest patios! Loved their burrata and grilled cheese! Drinks are stellar food and loved the service!

The salmon was terrible. It made my husband sick, and mine tasted odd. It definitely was not fresh and it wasn’t served pan seared as it was described on the menu. Overpriced awful food, I buy wild caught salmon at the grocery store that tastes much better and doesn’t make us sick. A waste of 200.00 that we spent there for 5 people

Bad service, great happy hour deal, were able to get a couple drinks and food (get the salt and pepper wings) for a great price. Great hosts, hectic servers we had like 5 which was confusing and took forever to get the bill. Water was spilled on my friend and splashed red sauce on her clothes. Beware they also sneakily bake the tip by using pre-happy hour costs, which automatically increases tip amount by 5% even if you select a normal option. Would go back though because the deal is great beware of the hidden costs and bad service (I don’t normally say that in my reviews). Have also ordered their chicken sandwiches for takeout and strongly recommend that option

The food was horrendous. Came to celebrate my anniversary and the whole evening was ruined by the meal. We left within 10 min of receiving our food. I am incredibly disappointed. Absolutely would not recommend. Would leave no stars if possible based primarily on the food. My salmon was burned and the steak was incredibly salty and chewy. We were devastated. We kept our reservation during the dust storm warning and were incredibly excited to come here just to be disappointed by the food.

We had a large birthday dinner group and Saffiyah was superb. She was very professional, friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend as a solid go to option in the bustling west loop neighborhood.
