The place I like to go to was open today, and a heavier Mexican-looking woman was working there. When I entered, she didnāt greet me, and when I left, she didnāt even say thank you.
It felt really rude ā she clearly showed racial discrimination. She didnāt say hello or thank you to me, but to the white guys who came in after me, she said āHi guys!ā and āThank you guys!ā

Hands down one of my fav spots on the North Side! Rolled in after work, dropped about $8 on a large strawberry nonādairy cupāloaded it up with mango chunks, toasted coconut & granola. Staff was chill and hooked me up with sample swirls before I picked. Machines were all cold and cleanāno melty nonsense. Perfect pickāmeāup, would hit this place weekly!

I came in with TEN people purchasing and the woman that claimed to be the manager, jasmine, was so rude. One person had to go to the rest room and not only did she say no, when itās illegal to have a sit down area without a restroom in chicago, she said āoh wellā. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVE. They did not get any business from us and 10 items were wasted.

The frozen yogurt was yummy with some flavors to choose from and many toppings such as cheesecake bites and cookie dough bites to choose from. However, the price was a little steep for frozen yogurt but still worth it. Overall, this place reminds me of the days of getting frozen yogurt back when I was in elementary school.
