This is the best yogurt store in the city! Noah is the owner who is at the store from 2:30 am until 8:00 pm. Store is clean and bright. Wonderful choices of smoothies and children’s cereal and frozen yogurt and toppings. I will be back and I live 40 minutes away!!!!!

super overpriced for the quality. i paid $10 for a half filled cup. you can get a full pint of good ice cream for less than that. if it was super high quality and made in house i would understand. the inside is really cute though, and has comfy seating.

The shop must have a very good manager, it is always kept very clean (you can see the staffs cleaning the spot, like every minute) and the quality of yogurt is always on spot, with many good toppings.
Went here with my family for dessert as a reward. Place was busy with no help. Camera and staff watch customer every step entire time but does not offer help. Only reprimand for being wasteful of products but made no reservation about charging of waste products. Cashier was not upfront about charge until I checked my receipt. I agree with the charge and will pay for wasted products but don't go on and on about being wasteful and losing money, if you're already charging for it. I see frozen yogurt as a treat and happy place but it was far from expectation. Ruined our night.

I went to Forever Yogurt on March 15 at their 5309 N Clark St location in Uptown and was given the wrong smoothie and did not realize it until I had paid and was handed the smoothie and drank some of it. The yogurt was okay, but this instance is enough not to go back to this location.

customer service was shockingly bad. unbelievable attitude was held against me. It's sad to have to leave a review for them to take care of it. It should be managed before we jump to take this measures. Too late to act .
