The food was good I can’t complain about that, but the way one of the waitresses treated a whole family with a baby and two elders was so contemptuously, I’ve never felt so uncomfortable, she was beyond rude I believe her name was Ava/Eva the only thing they asked for was to be sat on a different table because they were close to the door and it was cold and windy. I could’ve understand if the restaurant was busy but it was actually empty. It was really sad to watch.

We came to celebrate my Father’s birthday, since the restaurant was recommended to us by some friends, it was our first time coming, we did not know it was by reservations. We heard you guys had amazing pizza and service. To our surprise, when we walked in, we got greeted by the server, she gave us the worst attitude possible because we did not have a reservation which in a sense was on us. With the worst attitude, she tried to put a table together for us, we kindly asked if it was possible to move tables since the table was by the door, we had a baby and two elders, and the restaurant was EMPTY and had only 3 tables occupied. She was rude and had a really bad attitude, she was condescending towards my father and talked to us in a really derogatory tone. We understand we came without a reservation we get it, but coming from the service industry and coming from food service management, the attitude and service was unacceptable and uncalled for. We unfortunately walked out and that put a sour experience for my dad’s birthday. The restaurant looked amazing and I am sure the pizza was too , it is so unfortunate that we had that experience due to the servers horrible attitude.

One of the best Neapolitan pizzas in town! The only pasta was gnocchi, which was also flavorful. Good for kids too. Friendly service. Tiramisu was a bit too sweet but still really good.

It is an excellent place, a very pleasant atmosphere, incredible service and the food 10 out of 10 is very good with quality and fresh products and do not leave without eating a dessert

Didn't find a better pizza in Chicago so far. Sevice is really great, even when this place is fully packed, food still arrives quickly. We always enjoy our pizza, they also have great fried calamari and grilled octopus.

I have been to this place many times.
Their pizza is really good and they have one dessert that is pizza with Nutella - also good.
Today we went just for espresso and dessert, and both of them didn’t disappoint.

We went for coffee and dessert. Ordered Tiramisu and it was delicious. Espresso is also good. They have great pizzas as well. Service is excellent. Of course parking in Chicago is kinda difficult.

Came to this place due to the good reviews! Well, I'm completely disappointed.
We order Calamari, Margarita pizza, and the special Lobster Ravioli.
Well, the ravioli was the most disappointed of it all. It was not fresh, and it tasted it sweet and not "fresh," As I was told, ravioli was uncooked and chewy. The calamari was bland and not crispy, and the pizza was okay, I guess my wife didn't like it.
All small portions for the price. $$$
This place is an okay place to come if you don't like italian food.
Will never be back here.
Service is a 5, sadly the food is not to pair with the service.
Update! It was a 2 start review, and now is zero! I got food poisoning from their food. Hope this place closes.
