Four Corners Tavern Group

We were visiting Chicago to see our daughters and I asked Kate if she would please take us to Trivia Night at this fine establishment. She put together some of her team plus Dad and I. We ordered dinner before the Trivia started at 8:00 pm. The cheese balls were amazing! I ordered a quesadilla full of cheese, black beans, corn and chili peppers. It was perfect! Not sure why there aren't great reviews for this place. We had an amazing time. The restaurant has a nice open layout, with height differences among sets of tables. Service was really top-notch. As a former server myself, I was impressed by our server's accuracy and thoughtfulness. As for the food, we were also impressed. I tried the veggie patty, which was mushroom-based, and loved it! We came here with a group of friends to catch up and have some food. Everything was fine until our dairy-allergic friend noticed there was cheese at the bottom of his tacos even though he had told the server he was dairy free. Not noticing until he had eaten the majority of his food, he noticed the manager and promptly needed to leave.
