I love Old Town Foxtrot. The staff are the best thing about it here. Always so fun, welcoming and warm. There are so many local coffee shops but this is the one I always make the effort to go to. Coffee is great. Nice place to meet up with friends, come alone and read a book or just browse merch. Staff always remember regular customers and know my order pretty much off by heart when I come in. ❤️ Special shout out to Helix, Roy and Bely who especially always make me feel so welcome.

I was disgusted with the service I received today from the girl with the orange and black leggings she was very rude and seemed to had an issue with performing a simple task such as putting sweetener in my coffee which I asked for when I ordered she rudely sprayed my hand with the sweetener did not say excuse me or anything and walked away with an attitude that is not the type of behavior that should be tolerated to a paying customer

Had time to kill before an appointment & stopped in as a first-timer. “Helix” was my barista and was an absolute joy. It’s rare to find someone with a personality these days. Will make sure to stop in before/after future appointments just because of Helix!

Good coffee, ample seating, and decent breakfast choices, for the most part. The breakfast tacos are the exception; soggy and kind of nasty made-ahead breakfast tacos on flour tortillas, which are so inferior to corn tortillas. If they made these up fresh, they'd be better, but they hold them, so they suffer. Otherwise, good stuff. The wine selection is inventive and fun. The pantry section isn't large enough to actually do your shopping here, but they have some good organic and clean ingredient options. Their soda selection is vast, with local, low sugar and CBD/hemp choices among the offerings. Service is good, not overly friendly, but efficient.

Is this really a "medium" latte? Is a small served in a Dixie cup? AND they charge $5.75 for it - then adding on a milk alterative - $6.50. Waste of money.

Zero is the appropriate rating. 4 people behind the counter, chatting it up with each other, no urgency or focus on the waiting customers or the overflowing garbage cans. The only thing "upscale" about this place is the haughty attitude of the cashier in the dirty sweatshirt. Horrid.

Bad experience today. Guy at counter actually interrupted me when ordering with his "Hi, how are you" twice until I responded. Rude and not necessary. I frequent multiple Foxtrot locations often. That won't happen again.

Got a grab bag from the too good to go app and it ended up having a ham and cheese croissant in it. I am a vegetarian and don't eat meat or cheese so I gave it back to the guy at the counter and said that exactly. I sort of expected him to offer to switch it out with someone thing else but I didn't want to ask since you're "not allowed to know" what's in the garb bags...the gran bag was "pastry/baked good" so I wasn't really expecting that. I honestly should have kept it and gave it to a homeless person. The other pastry's that were in the bag were pretty mid. I decided to get a peppermint mocha while I was in there and I wasn't very impressed with that either. It had way too much chocolate syrup in it for such a small drink (sized medium).

Wow this is by far the worse foxtrot location. The baristas in the afternoon shift were laughing at the order that I placed. Extremely rude and the worst customer service. On top of that incompetent and careless.

Foxtrot is a gem and the Old Town location is simply the best. Everyone is very nice, but Roy's exceptional customer service is the reason I keep coming back. Chatting with Roy while ordering my coffee brightens my day and sets Foxtrot apart.

Not a terrible place, but every time I go in here, I have to listen to the servers’ music selection - basically Beyoncé. Not everyone wants to listen to this blasting on repeat. Management/ownership - get a hint!

Went around 2:45pm, no line. I got the Cobb salad and it was fresh and filled me up so much I could hardly finish! The employee was super nice too and his positive energy was contagious. I would highly suggest this place!

Came to this location twice during the Old Town & Wells St Art Fairs. The friendly woman and man working the registers oozed positivity, helpfulness, and joy despite it being a super busy day with a lot of tourists. And both times my food & drink were great, as was the music!

This is a great place to come to read a book or study while snacking and drinking coffee or beer/wine.The market had some good snacks and cheeses, they sold beer and wine to go. They also have beer on tap and a variety of coffees to order and drink in the cafe. The avocado toast was phenomenal! They also serve pizza slices and hot breakfast dishes. They offer discounts to members and they offer combos like a slice of pizza and a draught beer. The bathrooms have a code, so only customers can use them and they stay clean.I would definitely come here to do laptop work or read if I lived nearby.

I used to love Foxtrot, but Dom’s grocery is going to overtake it- Dom’s has more and better selections, better seating, a full bar, and quicker checkout and cheaper meal options. Dom’s has more outdoor seating and in a better location as well.
