The food and waitress were both very good, however the management completely ruined our experience. We arrived at 10am on a Saturday and there were many open tables. We told the host we would either be 3 or 4 (we weren’t sure if our friend was able to make it) and she told us we could only sit with a full party so we told her we were 3 but our friend may join later. We then got seated at a table for 4. About 20 mins later (before we ordered) when our friend arrived, the manager...
This is my absolute favorite place to eat. The service is always top notch. The food is always excellent. I take all my friends and out-of-town guest there , this is always part of their Chicago experience.!!
Went on Sunday afternoon the place was packed, people were hangry and very impatient. The place is small so there was a long wait for a big party we had 7. While waiting we spoke with owner, Once seated the waiter was nice. We ordered drinks while we looked at menu. Average price for this type of restaurant. The lunch was good. The ones who had breakfast stated it was just ok. The overhead music was loud, making it difficult to have conversations. Overall it was an experience.
