Unless you have low expectations, don't ever bother catering from them. Very disappointing. "Half tray" tiramisu was literally six slices of tiramisu in a tray. And it's suppose to serve 8-10 people. Okay. Sure. Waste of my time. Also, they didn't even have my order when I came to pick it up. Whats the point of ordering it 5 days in advance?

The food is quite good, however, we have had somewhat of slow service each time we’ve gone. Last night when we went, we were rushed out the door because they wanted our table… We were not even there an hour and felt frantically rushed out. Beyond that, the food is great!!

Moses was the supreme server for our group of five. We had drinks then dinner before our theater tickets across the street at 7: 30. He made sure we had plenty of time and we had a lovely meal that was exactly as we asked for it. We shall definitely return!

My family went to this restaurant the other night. The food was delicious, the waitress Eliza was terrific, however the background music drove us crazy. Who plays '70s love songs at an Italian restaurant? I would highly suggest that they change the music from 70s love songs over to either jazz, swing, or big-band music. The music was very distracting all night...

I would like to review the quality of the food and the service right away. Absolutely love the seafood pasta, salad, sautéed calamari. The service is amazing. Thank you and highly recommend it.
The wine tasting this week with Michael Roberts was fantastic. Great presentation, wonderful wine, good and plentiful snacks, great service from Terry, and interesting guests to chat up. And the chocolate--that's a whole story on its own!

Just went for our first time, definitely not our last! Cannot reccomend highly enough: the pizza verde, one of their staples, was flavorful, and the gnocchi with the goat cheese and artichokes tasted great! Every cocktail we tried was lovely. Service across the board was excellent and our server, Eliza, was very attentive and knowledgeable

I live around the corner on Sheridan Rd. Had a spectacularly lousy service experience here a few years after they opened. I wrote a letter and mailed it to the owner. Never heard back. Never went back. Folks seem to really like it, but "fool me twice, shame on me." Inexcusably rude service. I'm sure you'll have a different experience, but I throw up a little bit in the back of my throat every time I walk past this place.

I have eaten at Francesca's a few times. Food was always great and the service good. Last night we held my 50th birthday party there and they went above and beyond. There were 14 of us and they had a large table set up for us on the patio, which we had requested. Eliza was our server and she was phenomenal!!! Not easy taking care of a table that large, especially when we had a few late arrivals. She was so pleasant, professional, fun, and efficient. Our food was absolutely phenomenal, which it always is there. As the night wore on the weather brought us a few sprinkles which we didn't mind, there were table umbrellas, but then the wind really picked up. Gale the manager along with his staff came out and told us they had set up a private room to move our party to! They helped us get everything inside and Eliza continued to take great care of us. They really took care of us and helped to make my 50th so very, very special. We will be going there often and having more parties there for sure!

I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience and meal I had at Francesca’s with my best friend. Our bartender/server, Michael, was just incredible: personable, attentive, so much fun to chat with while we had dinner at the bar. The food was great, the drinks were exceptional, and the whole experience was joyful. So happy to have such a great local spot.
