Francois Frankie Le Carousel Bar

My friend and I finally got a chance to come to this restaurant and we couldn't get out fast enough. Though if it were up to the server, we would have been out even faster. The drinks were very good and the food, though small portioned, was also quite good. The server rushed us the entire stay and didn't mention ahead which menu items were unavailable. Once we learned the entrees we wanted were not options, he expected us to tell him our alternative right away. He later asked my friend if she was done or still working on her fries. She was still working on her fries so he walked away, someone else immediately came to our table and asked her if they could take her plate while she was still eating her fries. We immediately paid and left.

Great experience. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful! We'll definitely be back soon.

Everything was very good overall. I just marked them down a little because the server forgot about one of the glasses of wine my wife ordered, but other than that it was a good experience.

What a wonderful experience! We picked it specifically to go to Moulin Rouge at the Cadillac theatre. Loved that it was French! We both had a lovely glass of wine with lunch-a pink French and a Pinot Grigio. Highly recommend the lobster salad and the chicken Cobb. Excellent service and food

I was so glad I booked a reservation for our team lunch. We were absolutely taken care of from start to finish! Food was excellent!!

Okay everybody be ready for this. I felt so bad not realizing that the bar was spinning around. I sat myself to watch a football game and over time I realized I'm staring at this young lady, not being able to really pay attention to my game because I felt like I was staring right at her, over a little bit of time. I realize now the TV is behind her. Okay cool. Now I don't feel like a stalker and then I realized the TV is behind me now....... You have to visit this place to understand what I'm talking about, highly recommended. I had the opportunity to talk to a lot of the staff here and all of them were great..... 5⭐

Cocktails were good. Food you can tell is pre-planned and pre made in many cases and just heated up. The beef was still frozen inside, which obviously means it was not made fresh by any means. The fish was rubbery and not flakey, again indicating previously frozen and just heated up instead of fresh and pan cooked. Kinda sad for the price point, but this may just be where we are in restauranting with cooks being hard to find/keep...

Nice place with good food and drinks, Tartre was spot light of my dinner there, steak perfectly cooked, but mussels frites were a little bit too greasy for me, fries were too soaked in that, fries with steak though were delicious.

Absolutely terrific meal and service! We loved sitting on the carousel for our meal. We are already planning our return!! Chef Matt Ayala's food is soooo good - highly recommend the vodka rigatoni!

Really cool place with a barely perceptibly rotating carousel bar. We just had drinks so I can't speak for the food, but the bar service was very good
