Food has changed doesn’t taste the same. Got the prime rib sandwich the lady at registered rude I was asking her questions because I couldn’t remember what the sandwich was called it’s been years since I’ve been there. She was short & abrupt. Black guy at pick up window was very accommodating this is why I gave the 3 for service. Didn’t like seasoning on fries. Probably won’t ever go back.

Food looks normal, or even bad, but it tasted good. Service was direct, flexible, and commendable. Pretty fast. Most things are priced decent, but some things are high. For a comfort food place this was great, not greasy

Ordered a Polish and fry with no onions. They gave me onions and it looks like the fries been sitting for days. Gave me nothing but crumbs wtf is this.

I ordered through Uber eats and got a steak burrito with NO tomatoes, because I'm allergic to tomatoes. Not only did I get tomatoes on it, but when I gave it to my mom so it wouldn't be wasted, she said the steak was burnt and crunchy and it was cold. Maybe it's my own fault for not emphasizing in the notes my allergy, but I've never had this problem before so idk what happened. I love Fred and jacks and this won't stop me from enjoying their food, but this was a bad experience overall.
