I went back for a second try. Basically their presence on Seamless is not set up correctly. What you order on seamless is not what is available in store. We ordered something and when trying to collect it the guy working there said we had to pay an extra dollar to get what we ordered. He did not have the discretion to make it right
Basically this is a mess that is the making of corporate. It feels like a company teetering on the edge of bankruptcy (again!) where nobody gives a

So I usually go to the location inside the mall in Rosemont and it’s always very good with great customer service. Seeing that that one is far away from where I live, I decided to try this one same restaurant, different location, right! So I always get a strawberry banana smoothie but I always sub the banana for mango Because I’m not a fan of bananas. I’ve never had a problem at the other location, but for some reason, he told me he couldn’t do this at this location. He was very rude and short with me. So instead of me leaving after that nasty encounter, I decided to try something else that he said he could make for me and it was nasty!! Will never go to this location ever again in life!!

If you love healthy food, this is the place to go. I got the Mezzi delight bowl and breakfast at the same time! The very nice and friendly female cashier Lucy was very attentive and also made my day by telling me about smoothie specials.

First time here , I ordered two bowls and the two were wrong ! They had the receipt sticking on top with my special instructions and still my order was wrong. I have dietary restrictions and I couldn’t eat my dinner . It was not worth going back.

If you work downtown this is the place to take your break and enjoy healthy clean food to re energize. They give discounts if you work around or live nearby. I got the special for the day and made it a combo. The smoothies are to die for!!! Service is quick and excellent. They already know my order as soon as I walk in.
