Great local ramen place. Cute atmosphere and great for eating alone. Lots of options, bowls , ramen and buns. The shumai was awesome and so was the ramen. I like that you can pick the size of the ramen , small or large.

Their foods are very delicious. Just a lil pricey in my opinion.

Poor service. Bad seating. Food is decent but does not balance out the overall bad experience.
Friends Ramen recently changed their ramen. It used to be spaghetti and now it's actually thin wavy ramen. The food is extremely overpriced. I ordered the Tan Tan Men and the noodles were extremely soggy and overcooked. The portions of meat were tiny. There were two pieces of pork belly (1.5 inch × 1 inch in size) for an $18 bowl. This is ridiculous.
Chairs are also extremely uncomfortable to sit on.

I ordered the Tantanmen, which was good, but the dish was a little one dimensional, don't get me wrong it tasted very good but it's a little expensive and you get the tiniest porkbelly pieces with it. It's not a lot of value for your buck, I find it slightly overpriced and not very complex flavors.

this place is absolutely beautiful and the service is good, but the food is overpriced and bland as hell. a size small for ramen or rice bowls is probably a cup for $10, and the large (which is a good portion) is $18-$20. got the pork belly rice bowl and tan tan men, both were almost flavorless. i got a single slice of pork belly in my ramen. i asked if i could get corn in my ramen, it would have been an extra TWO DOLLARS. i feel like i wasted an hour and $40 :(

Small space inside and dark but it's chill. Food came out fast and is good! Feels expensive though for what we got.

My daughter’s ramen looked amazing and she loved it! She keeps craving it and she loves ramen so she’d be a good judge. I had the fried squid tentacles and they were tender, crunchy on the outside and tasty! I also tried their mochi ice cream and it was delicious! Good service and I loved the decor!

Absolutely loved everything about this spot. Stopped here randomly on our last day in Chicago and my family loved it. The Niku Ramen especially is a personal fave. I'll definitely stop in again on my next trip.

Took a solo date at this very cozy little Japanese restaurant. Had the karaage spicy ramen (extra spicy) and I LOVED it. Definitely my new favorite place to have lunch and dinner. They also play anime while you eat too, with subtitles, and there's nice j-pop/rap music that plays as well.
