I had an amazing time at FTW Arcade Bar! The atmosphere is perfect for a fun night out with friends. The arcade games are a blast, and the vibe is electric.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service from our bartender, Luke. He was not only super friendly but also knew how to make some killer cocktails! Luke was attentive, quick, and always had a great recommendation ready when we were unsure of what to try next. His energy added to the overall fun of the night, making our experience unforgettable.
If you’re looking for a great place to unwind with games, drinks, and top-notch service, FTW is the spot to be. Huge shoutout to Luke..he made our night! Can’t wait to come back!

The arcade games were great, and the TV at the bar was gigantic, but the service was terrible. My girlfriend and I ordered food and drinks, and it took forever. I had to go up to the bar and ask for the drinks 30 minutes after ordering them via the QR code provided at the table. There were at least three workers behind the bar doing absolutely nothing, and the bartender had headphones in, which was very unprofessional. When the drinks were finally made, the bartender gestured for me to pick them up and whistled at me as if I were a dog.

I came here a few times on a recent trip to Chicago because it was right next to my hotel. The games are fun, well-maintained, and reasonably priced.
We also had an amazing experience with Jake, an FTW employee who helped us out on multiple occasions and was super kind and helpful. Will come back on my next trip for sure.

The lucky strike side of the arcade/amusement area was ok. The games were fun and reasonably-priced. However, the arcade area was plagued with issues. 1. The bartenders were inattentive and continously failed to serve drinks in a timely manner. 2. After the time restricted time was enforced there were a number of kids still running around the place. Worst of all after playing one of the games, I turned around to see a girl being playfully (or maybe not) jumped by her friends and had to think about intervening. 3. The hosts knew nothing about the games in the arcade section and when I asked what the average game cost so I could figure out how much to spend on the card and they were unsure. 4. We asked for a beer that the tap wall daid was on tap and I was told by the bartender that the list was severely out of date. 5. You don't need to tip the servers because they add 18% service charge on the bill. Typically like when businesses do this but they ask for additional gratuity on top of it and do not mention it anywhere else... Makes it seem very, very slimey. Overall I was disappointed. What was supposed to be a nice night out ended up being less than stellar due to this venue. Honestly I would look at other places around chicago if you are thinking about an arcade to go to with your kids.
