Ordered off uber eats! I’m a broth gal so I always order extra, upon my delivery the ramen bowl was on its side which all the broth spilled out, the napkins in the bag absorbed all the spilled broth. Nothing was wrapped to ensure a secured delivery with no spillage. Why would I pay for extra broth where most if not all was spilled! Nothing going to make a broth girl happy! So upset

Had a great experience and Marcela my server did a great job! She is very attentive and friendly, one of the best experiences we had at furious spoon because of her! Food was also great

Chillldd, I never felt the need to do this but MY GOSH. Nah to the lazy service ( had the nerve to ask for a tip) and the undercooked “furious” ramen bowl and little piggy bao. It was only two other customers when I came in and still no assistance. $31 dollars for nothing

Just picked up a takeout order that’s virtually inedible. I ordered the mother clucker, picked it up within 15 minutes of placing the order online, and the noodles are so overcooked they’re like mush. I paid extra to add an egg and it looks like it was barely cooked, runny whites and completely liquid yolk. This is my only experience with this location and unfortunately I wish I had better things to say.

I ate here on 1/11/25. We got karaage and ramen and they were ok. I got the worst food poisoning afterwards - I was up all night and continued to have upset stomach, chills and fever the next day. I should've looked at the bad reviews beforehand as they have a few food poisoning complaints

As someone who loves to get ramen, my partner and I went here one night to try it out. While the service and ambience were wonderful, I personally found the ramen to be lacking. It wasn’t bad per se, I just wouldn’t call it very good. All I can speak to is the ramen itself, but it mostly seems like a culturally watered down and bland take on ramen.
Not a bad place to chill with friends for a drink or two, I just probably wouldn’t go in expecting amazing ramen here.

This is the epitome of bad white-washed Asian food. Please save yourself the trouble.

This is a review of their takeout. It was exceptionally bad, exceedingly terrible. Not one part of the order was good, and we ordered 3 things. They packed the noodles in with the broth so when I got home the noodles had absorbed all of it and were mushy with hardly any broth left. They separated the dumplings and pork but not the noodles for some reason. The fried chicken was soggy and tasteless. The beef bowl is just atrocious. It is dry, little cubes of meat and looks like something from Chipotle or a microwave dinner instead of a Japanese rice bowl. I've had their ramen in restaurant before and it's not amazing but it's fine, but after this i will not be back.
Placed an order on the 25th and it went through although they were closed. No sign of getting my money back. Disappointed

I don’t remember the name of this Ramen Bowl but I added corn and fried tofu. It was really delicious. It was one of the vegetarian bowls. If you bring your appetite they also have an “all you can eat” ramen bowl for 25$ The bowls are pretty big. I can’t imagine anyone eating more than one and taking most of the second one home as leftovers. The next time I go I’m going to get the “all you can eat”.

The new menu items are great, and the cocktails are always FIRE. A fave logan haunt to enjoy hot soups, drinks, and laughs.
Servers were friendly enough, just felt very chaotic like they were confused on pretty much every part of the menu even though they had both worked there awhile. they didn’t have a lot of ingredients for really basic drinks, was on my 3rd tier drink before it worked out lol, both servers seemed nice but confused. Food was just okay for the price. I was here a few years ago & had no complaints. Not terrible, just had kind of a chaotic vibe, wouldn’t be my first choice again.
