Josiah was hands down the best server me and my girlfriends have ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable and helped us have the best dining experience in Chicago. Every single thing he helped our table select from the appetizers to the meals to the wine was phenomenal and delicious This man deserves everything good thing in life, accolades, stardom, a raise. I hope his pillow is always cold and he gets to marry the love of his life. P.S. don't forget to invite us to the wedding. 5 stars would return.
Beautiful ambiance, very limited menu. Service is good. Overall this is the first time I've been for dinner I've been for lunch and brunch several times. My thought is it's a good lunch spot but not really great for dinner, sandwiches and salads are great. Dinner entrees small and no substitutions on sides even for allergies. You get the side it comes with or have to buy a different side. Wine selection is good but a bit overpriced $33 for a glass of wine. Again beautiful ambiance good service price to value and level of food not outstanding for the pricing.
Beautiful restaurant. Great for a long celebratory lunch. We all loved the avocado toast and salads. Also the warm chocolate chip cookies are a mat for dessert.
Always love the foundainside dining in the beautiful atrium. The fried artichokes and salads are unmatchable at home. Great anchor in the Gold Coast - a true Chicago treasure with excellent, friendly staff, who keep all flowing!
One appetizer, a sandwich-with no fries, salmon, broccolini and 2 glasses of iced tea (20% tip)....$178.00. That is insane!!!!! Love the space...but prices are getting out of control.
We were sat 40 minutes after our reservation time. The waitress was so rude, the food was mid, they yelled at us for taking pictures! I will never return here again. Lauren was the server
Our server was very helpful and explained things and recommended good dishes. The ambience was beautiful and loved to the cocktails.
I thought the food and service were amazing. The space is really beautiful too. When I made the reservation, there was no indication that there was a time limit. After we were there for an hour and a half, two people came up to our table and told us we needed to leave and they needed the table, as an FYI, the restaurant was pretty empty by this point. I understand that some restaurants have a time limit. If that was communicated to us when we arrived, it wouldn't have been a problem. They were really rude delivering the message as well. Please note we were behaving ourselves . There were only two of us at the table. Very disappointing.
The setting is magnificent, quite breathtaking. The service leaves a lot to be desired & the prices are high, I think you pay for the aesthetic, less the food.
Awesome everything!!! highly recommend visiting this location for the restaurant and the art!

Very nice I will return. Come much early so you can explore the entire gallery. And be prepared to pay $250-$300 if you bringing a 2nd.
RH is a delightful spot that strikes a nice balance between a cozy atmosphere and sophisticated dining. While the food earns a respectable 3.5 stars, it's the warm ambience and attentive service that truly elevate the overall experience
Overzealous and down right rude host at the door. Instead of welcoming he is intimidating. Don't get the need for him to be there as the first encounter of clients with your business. With the prices you charge for food... you need to do better on customer service.
Wonderful service and excellent food. This is why I come back to this location when I have several other options. Thank you for your consistent quality.
The hostess was lovely and gracious--our server was knowledgable an efficient and the branzino was amazing! Thanks for everything
