Fast and friendly service. I came here for valentine's day, and the staff were all very attentive. I had the gizzard, beef, and lamb kabobs, muscles, and crab leg boil which included corn, potatoes, and shrimp. Everything was excellent and seasoned very well. The homemade teas and lemonade were also good. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a low key evening with great food.

Simply amazing food, the skewer portion sizes are great and the quality and flavor is just simply amazing, I'll definitely be bringing more friends here to experience the food. ☺️

If you’re looking for authentic Chinese BBQ in Chicago’s Chinatown, Gao’s BBQ is the spot! The grilled skewers were packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The menu has a great variety—from lamb, beef, and chicken to seafood and veggies—so there’s something for everyone.

The atmosphere is lively, and it’s a great place to go with friends to share a bunch of different skewers. Service was quick, and the prices were reasonable...
