This is hands down the best matcha place in chicago by a mile, no contest. Their matcha is authentic, the baristas know their stuff, and the seasonal specials are as creative and well thought of as they are delicious!! Gathers time and time again leaves my partner and I literally laughing out loud at how good the tea is. We rarely get it because its so far out of the way for us, but every time we do we pick up some powder, which is also great. I love this place, seriously.

Good matcha! I’m not a huge matcha head, but my friend said it was the best matcha she’s had in Chicago
Great drinks but I ordered no ice and they still gave me ice and didn’t fill the drink. Then, when I told them I asked for no ice, they went in the back and dumped some ice out along with some drink and STILL left some ice with no apology or fixing it. In addition to this, when I went up to order on the kiosk it asked for a tip which I was confused about since I’m the one doing everything.

Read their menu carefully. When you ask for no ice, they don’t fill the cup. This is the way they want to do business and don’t care about satisfaction of what you ordered.

I usually love everything I get here but today I tried a drink with the boba and the boba is just horrible. It’s small and very hard and not worth the money I spent on the drink in anyway. Very disappointed considering I usually love what I get and was looking forward to trying something new.
