Small spot with only about 10 tables (mostly for 4 people), but it goes deeper than you’d expect once you’re inside. It’s cozy and unpretentious, with a really friendly, down-to-earth vibe.

Hot dogs are clearly the star here—and for good reason. I got the classic hot dog and fries combo for $8, and it hit the spot. Simple, satisfying, and no frills—just good flavor and solid value.

One of my favorite places to grab some quick and delicious food in Chicago. It seriously never misses— hot dogs are great and the burgers are incredible too. On top of that, the family that runs it is super sweet!

I walk and run by George’s pretty often and was craving a gyro so I decided to stop in. It’s a bit of a whole in the wall but sometimes that’s the best kind of vibe. I decided to get the gyro plate which came with way more food than I expected. It was pretty delicious and came out pretty quickly. I took it to go and it held up well in transit.
