I ordered 2 Boxes of pizza one sausage one pepperoni it was a miss communication on giannas end when it got delivered to my house it wasn’t a large they both we’re small so i called trying to figure out what the problem was the lady who was supposedly be the “manager” who refused to give me her name by the way… was getting smart, and sarcastic with me over the phone like as if it was my fault the order was wrong.
I’m patronizing the business with my money and this how you all treat people? I asked for a refund immediately and actually went in person to get my receipt for the proof of the refund and she’s still getting slick at the mouth… I’ve been ordering from giannas for years and never have experienced poor customer service they just don’t care. You can’t treat people with a disrespectful demeanor and still expect people to patronize the business, but she’s just the manager whoever the lady name is, as i stated before refused to give me her name; nonetheless please don’t order here. it’s been several reviews regarding the customer service here all regarding the lady with the snotty attitude of hers.

The pizza was great but I couldve had the cheese just a lil darker. That's just me. This is not a place you can sit and eat . I had to use the bathroom bad no public restroom as well.

Their salads are good. I ordered a pizza puff today whomp, whomp, ingredients were just okay. The mistake which once I called they said was normal was to have all the ingredients in the middle cheese at the edge. The sauce was even in the middle crevice. SHE ALSO told me that if I ordered extra ingredients I could hope it makes it to the edge. That's stupid. So lesson learned no offer to remedy the dissatisfaction, because that's normal. I wish I could post of picture.

My husband ordered 2 sausage calzones with ex sausage today. Not only we didn't get ex sausage there were very little sausage period. It's time we leave them alone for GOOD‼️‼️ BYE‼️‼️‼️‼️

I’ve tried several dishes here. Spaghetti, Pizza and Chicken Parmigiana. Overly reliant on a basic pasta sauce that doesn’t seems to have much flavor or at least some notes of Italian seasoning. Quality food but it could be better with some added flavor.

How cheesy do you like your pizza? This is honestly the best deep dish pizza my husband and I have ever had! There is not just a lot of cheese there is a lot of toppings! Saying this pizza was delicious is honestly an understatement. We came to this spot because the reviews were amazing and we had to see for ourselves. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED! The staff was amazing and kind and I was absolutely blown away by the customer service. Definitely hit this spot up if you want delicious pizza.
